After reading the initial reviews, you would think this is the worst place ever. Can’t vouch for all the stylists, but I have been going to NZ for years. She is great and worth the wait.

I took my brother there twice and both times they’ve either cut his hair uneven or there were a lot of random stray hairs.

My husband and I went there because he wanted a hair cut. They told us there were 4 people ahead of him, so he scheduled an appointment to return later in the afternoon. We arrived at his scheduled appointment time and the receptionist said there were 6 people in front of him and he would have to wait until all of those people were taken care of before they would see him even though he scheduled an appointment. The girl at the front desk gave him a lame excuse about how they don’t know if people were walk outs. We scheduled the appointment at 12:30pm, what were we suppose to do wait there for 2 and half hours until his scheduled appointment time at 3pm!!! This place is a joke and horribly run, don’t waste your time even trying to go there.

If possible I’d score this place at zero stars. I’m from out of town internet savvy and did my research… All of the good places in MB are closed on Sunday so I decided to give it a shot given the urgency… (I’ll never make this mistake again)…
What’s wrong:
— waited 45 – 1 hr
— got the absolute worst haircut I’ve ever had
— went to the hotel to shower and style then realized it was like a two year old chopped me with a weed whacker after I put on my glasses
— came back to ask someone to at least make me look presentable … Currently waiting as they act like I’m invisible (36 min and counting)
*Note: I’m not that person to ever return food or come back and complain but this is ridiculous.
STAY AWAY, GO ELSEWHERE, OR LET YOUR KID TRY CUTTING YOUR HAIR…

Just got the worst haircut ever. It’s lopsided & un-​even, and they still charged full price. Avoid this place!!!
