It’s a buffet. If you like cold fried food and overdone fish, this place is for you. Too expensive for the quality. Our server was great though. Very helpful and attentive. However, it’s a buffet… don’t expect much.

At best this deserves a mediocre review. Most of the food from the buffet was cold by the time we got back to our table. The crab legs were way over cooked. The shrimp was cold. The scallops were obviously frozen. We will never return. Drinks were almost $ 3 and the waitress didn’t even give us to go cups. Save yourself the trouble and heartburn and upset stomach and go somewhere else.

Imagine a seafood buffet that has just enough variation to make it worthy to be called a buffet… but just barely. Food was unremarkable. Price was $ 88.00 for two adults and a child. Building was clean and staff was friendly.
Disappointing price to food quality ratio. I can’t even drum up the enthusiasm to elaborate on that.
It was boring. So boring that I’m bored with this review.

Follow up: this evening we had dinner at Mr. Fish. The meal was 5 cents more, but we had crab legs, raw oysters, two sushi rolls, sushi poke, and key lime pie. We are face palming that we dropped so much cash at seafood world.

Boy I can’t even describe the distaste for my experience here, thank god the pop taste good, I understand buffet but. DAMN, you got to be in your game in this world an they definitely have a lackluster passion for the business

We chose this place with the help of Unilocal.It was $ 169 for a party of 5 with our hotel discount at Crown Reef. The buffet was good and had a lot to chose from. Only had a few things that I didn’t like. They do charge for each and every refill. Just be aware lol!

The service was great and loved the hush puppies with honey butter. But the food was ok. Some was bad but others were pretty tasty. For the same price you could go to other buffets in the area for more diversity in taste. Otherwise not bad.

My cute friend and I can’t believe we were desperate enough to go and eat here. The staff is friendly and they stay open until 10 while most other restaurants close at 9, but that’s the only reason I give this place stars. My cute friend and I chose to get the buffet option instead of menu items. It was $ 30 per person and so not worth it. The food was terrible. We ate a little of everything and nothing was satisfactory. It all seemed watered down and flavorless. Our only savior was Texas Pete. If you’re super hungry and willing to eat anything this is still not the place to go. Fast food might be a better choice.

My 3 year old daughter is a finicky eater, barely eats and hard to get her to eat. She had already eaten two bananas before we got here so I knew she wouldn’t even eat. I told this to the manager as we came in. She said she could also eat off the menu for $ 5.99 which is same as a kids buffet. I told her she probably won’t eat at all. We ate (crab legs are good, lots of meat, no many sides to choose from at all). My daughter literally ate 3 bites of chocolate pudding and that’s all. Our check came and she charged for my daughter. The waitress said she’d have to get the manager to fix it as all she goes by is the note she’s given at the beginning (which considering I told her she wasn’t eating, it shouldn’t have been on there in the beginning) The manager tells me she won’t take it off for those THREE bites of chocolate pudding because even the desert bar is $ 5.99. Really!!!
So to compensate, I got 6 more crab claws and broke them apart for the hell of it.
We’ve eaten at many other crab buffet restaurants at myrtle beach as we come here 2 – 5 times a year. This place is $ 30, same as others yet half the quality. Not many sides to choose from and the food is old it seems like. Mashed potatoes had a hard skin on the bottom, the hush puppies were stale and mush. EVERY other crab buffet in myrtle beach has better food and more of a variety. Captain Benjamin’s and giant Crab is the best. Dont waste $ 30 here.

The food was good, service was good. They had a pretty decent buffet selection. Everything seemed fresh and tasteful. The server was attentive and friendly, kept the table cleared and drinks full. Overall a good dining experience, but at $ 30 for a buffet it better be good.

Not really worth the price of the buffet, but is okay because you do get unlimited crab legs. Certain foods on the hot bar were way under temperature but when I told the waitress she offered to bring me whatever I wanted fresh. The server was very nice. The place offers decent food but is super pricy.

The hush puppies are great. The only down side is that all the steaks are well done, and for the price a little more variety would be more comparable to the area.

We were welcome by Patricia with a smile and she made us feel at home. Our waitress was very nice and Dasha gets an A+ for her customer service. She explained the buffet or menu choices and got us some warm hush puppies immediately. We selected the buffet and we ate so much. Everything was delicious, the crab legs, shrimp like 10 different styles, salmon, fish, oysters, and the calamari. Dasha checked on us several times and got us more drinks and cleaned the table. The best part was that Patricia, Dasha and the rest of the staff surprise us with a birthday cake… It was a total surprise since we just mentioned that both our birthdays were coming… Thanks Patricia and Dasha for an amazing first time in Myrtle Beach.

Every time I get out from there very impressed .
It’s always fresh and delicious. Service is friendly and attentive. Would recommend to try this place, if you like buffet stile restaurant.

It’s not great but it’s also not bad. If you like shrimp and women from the Soviet block this is the place for you. Menu or buffet i like that there is the option

This was the best seafood restaurant I’ve been to in Myrtle Beach! Once inside the Hostess made you feel like I’m glad I chose this place! She was friendly funny and very helpful ! She made sure you got some kind of discount! My objective was to get great CRABLEGS and they delivered. The CRABLEGS tasted like they got them directly from the ocean out back! And they never ran low! The choices of food they had were awesome and great! The wait staff was attentive and friendly! This will definitely been my choice of restaurants at Myrtle Beach!

First and foremost our waiter Lyubov was very nice and attentive. They charge separately for fountain drinks. They charge $ 29.95 for the buffet per adult. We had 6 people in our party. The total with drinks was $ 210 plus tip was $ 260.
The food was exceptionally tasty. I would give the place 5 stars if the food was a little warmer. But that’s wasn’t a big factor. Just small. There was great variety in the food. I really like the chicken wings, the teriyaki. Very very delicious. The seafood was great too. Yummy scallops, salmon, etc.
Overall, I had a great experience. Nice little place. I would definitely recommend going again. The staff was nice and accommodating. I felt comfortable eating there.

Horrible service, horrible food. We had a party of four. One tried the buffet… Awful. We ordered off the menu, a $ 21.00 T bone steak missing half the steak and looked like the shoe leather they were serving at the buffet.
Ordered the prime rib, waited over. 40 minutes only to receive a plate with four cold ribs on it instead of the steak that i ordered. Had to send two dinners back. Never again!
Management was quite gracious about the situation though. The night’s only bright moment. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I will tell you I saw some other reviews which were excellent and so I went to this place. I have been in a lot of places that serve this type of buffet with crab legs and I thought I couldn’t find one better. I actually think this place is better than George and some of the other places in town. Everybody is right about the Hush Puppies they are outstanding. As for the crab legs they were good quality good size and tasty and even came out hot. The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars from me was because I saw kids putting their hands in the food on the buffet. Service was excellent and it was cleaner than most of the other places that for this type of food in the area as the food quality in general and cleanliness was better when compared to like restaurants in the area.

Ok it is a seafood buffet so I shouldn’t have expected much right? Well it cost $ 100 for the 4 of us to eat and the kids meals were $ 5 each. Mostly fried food and not much variety. It gets 3 stars because our waitress was berry good. We will never go back but if you love seafood and love it fried to death this is your place.

The food is decent and probably would taste better if it were hot… even lukewarm. Unfortunately everything except the soup was either cold or cool. Even the soup was just warm. Strange though, getting a bbq rib that was steaming coming out of the buffet pan was just coolish by the time it got to the table. All the seafood was completely cold. Before I even started eating it, the server offered to prepare a steak for me if the one I had was not to my liking. Based on experience or just being proactive? :-)
Also the place had the A/​C down too low so it was pretty cold with the air blowing right on us.
Bottom line, for $ 10 I wouldn’t care so much, but at triple the price ($ 30) during lunch hours (3pm), it surely prompted me to write a review to warn others, so… you’ve been warned :-)
