Excellent! Better than the BEST! I did my research before getting my carpets cleaned. I’m glad I did! I was completely satisfied with their work and customer service. When I first called the receptionist Patrick gave me a great deal, because I only needed one bedroom and stairs cleaned. He worked with me on a price that I could afford. The very next day I had a technician cleaning my carpets. He was very personable, clean and knowable. What I liked the MOST was their equipment truck is BRAND NEW! I also want to mention I had MAJOR STAINS — from my poodle using the bathroom in my room, nasty I know. However, the stains are all GONE~ I swear its a miracle. And in my hallway/stair I had traffic stains, they are gone as well. Overall, they made me a happy satisfied customer and I wanted to spread the news! They will do the same for you too. Use them once you’ll use them again and AGAIN!
