Do not call these crooks for anything. There electricans are not bright enough to even install a thermostat correctly. Two of there finest came out and hooked it up to gas/​oil instead of electric. So three months later and a huge electric bill every month 1 hour heating was called and within seconds were laughing at the morons that hooked up this thermostat. Called them for resolution and they did nothing. Thank god I did not have them install a hvac system.
