My insurance company sent Quality Towing to help me retrieve my keys from my locked trunk. Sarah(from Jersey) came to the rescue, got in my car in a flash, helped me access my trunk through a an emergency latch behind the rear seats and was on her way in 5 minutes. Not only was she skilled, but super friendly and witty. If I ever need a tow, my car unlocked or Sarah’s wit and charm, I’m calling Quality. Seriously, this was a piece of cake and a great experience.
