Our server a great, fast, polite an understanding young man that we had a 20 month old that would probably decorate floor with noodles an scraps, he laughed an said all part of his job(not that smug«oh that’s fine fake smile) that you get from some servers, the night moved along quick lot of great options to chose, the food was — -little lackluster considering my bill with no deserts or cocktails. i understand the resort area prices but step that game up a little, crab cakes were delicious salmon was cooked well an sea bass my wife said was great for her first time trying it

Crab cakes are outstanding! There was a long wait so we sat at the bar for dinner. The service was great!

Don’t waste your time. We came for the great happy hour menu and then to eat dinner after some drinks and apps. Our waiter took the order and then we didn’t see him for 45 minutes! The apps took so long we ended up just taking them to our table. We were seated for 15 – 20 minutes and not a single person greeted us or took orders. We got up and left.

A couple issues, up front. First, there were problems with our reservation. We reserved for 8 but, when we arrived, it was set for 6. Not a big issue. We asked for outdoor seating, told it wasn’t a problem, and they confirmed twice we would be seated *outside* when we arrived, or shortly there-after. At arrival, we were told it would be well over an hour wait for outdoor seating. Again, not a big issue, but not a great first impression. The service was good but slow at first. We placed our drink order and 10 minutes later one drink arrived to the table, it was an additional 15 minutes until the rest of our drinks arrived. It was busy but not *that* busy. After that, everything was wonderful. The server helped direct us to some wonderful choices and everyone greatly enjoyed their meals. The appetizers were delicious — Oyster Bar Trash, Fried Zucchini, and Crab, Spinach, and Artichoke dip. I had the seafood-stuffed flounder with a cream sauce and I loved it. All in all, the experience greatly improved over the initial bumps but it did put a little tarnish on what would have been a great experience.

Each year we go to this restaurant while vacationing at Myrtle Beach. Never again! We secured reservations in advance on open table but when checking in there seemed to be great confusion ending with a verbal argument of the wait staff with each other. We were seated but left unattended for 20 minutes. The manager finally came and apologized and provided appetizers on the house. This seemed ok until gnats started appearing all over our table. We were really quickly relocated to another table. The bathrooms were disgusting and appeared to not be serviced. Several toilets dirty and out of order. The shinning light in this dark storm was the waitress. She was great and adapted through everything. I blame the management and will not return.

We sat outside next to the water… We laughed about the fun time we had at Wonder Works. We had the Salmon dinner, crab legs, steak and flounder. Everything was AMAZING! I’m sure we were one of the last to be served for the night. The waiter was a gem. He never made us feel rushed and the service was great! You must go!!! Note: we were Tuesday night guest and I can see and understand why Friday and weekend nights are nusy. This place is worth it!

Service was alright. Our server showed no emotions lol. We weren’t even greeted when we walked in. Food is pricey too.

Some of the best seafood going, always consistently great quality. A small chain, they have some excellent and innovative dishes with a western Louisiana or south east Texas style. Always easy to recommend.

Had dinner last night. Absolutely awful. Over $ 30 for my entrée. Good thing they can depend on the tourist. I won’t be back.

My favorite place to eat seafood at the beach. Worth the cost. Give it a try. Best seafood at Broadway.

Unfortunately I left disappointed. Although this was a nice restaurant and the food was good from what everyone said our service was less than to be desired. We had a party of 9 and it was a birthday celebration for us and that was a total flop. However, to start, took a long time to get drinks/refills. Bread was served out of place. It was served after salads and 1 minute before dinner arrived. The restaurant was not that busy and we were supposed to get something for my son for his birthday and that flopped. It was actually weird at the end. Lastly, it took forever it seemed to get the receipt after payment so we could sign and leave. Possibly the management under staffed the restaurant and she was busy and did not know how to handle it. Getting bad service is almost as bad as getting bad food. I try to go to restaurants that are a bit pricier with higher service and my expectations are clearly too high and sevice seems to stink. Then I go to a Mexican restaurant and I expect bad service and it is fantastic. Management, please take note… Pay as much attention to service as the food.

This location was nice. We did not get to eat dinner, but it was a good time and nice atmosphere. The drinks were decent. I had a Mango Mojito. It was too sweet and I didn’t taste much mango, but my husband had a Rum Punch or something and it was perfect. We had fried pickles. They were a little small and salty, nut the onion strings with them were tasty and the red bell peppers were a nice touch.

I dined at this location for lunch while on vacation with a friend. So, this is a combined review of mine and his experience. We were greeted immediately upon entry, and chose to sit at the bar. Our bartender, was quick to greet us and get us water, bread, and menus. Shortly after being given our beginning drinks and towards the end of our meal the General Manager approached our table to check in on us and our food. It was a very friendly and relaxed environment. We ordered an appetizer which is called a «small plate». The fried alligator we ordered came with«tobasco remoulade» which was almost a sweet/spicy combo. The alligator was tasty and the sauce was spicy enough to be good and not overpowering. For my dish I opted for the fresh caught snapper, added blackened seasoning, and topped it with the crescent city. The fish was excellently cooked, the topping was awesome, and the green beans were crisp and buttery. I would highly recommend this dish. My friend ordered the crab stuffed mahi, he also enjoyed his dish. After trying it, the mahi was moist and tender. The crab stuffing was very moist and robust. The cream sauce lightly covered the fish and didn’t soak the dish. The crab orzo that came with it was overcooked in the slightest. But still quite tasty. We followed our meals with the mason jar lemon meringue pie, the presentation was very delightful and neat, garnished with a sprig of mint and a traditional meringue whipped topping. The lemon meringue itself was light and creamy, and the bottom of the mason jar had a graham cracker crust that was good as well.

My girlfriend and I have lived in Myrtle Beach for a year now, and I’ve always wanted to check this place out because I had such a great experience at Landry’s Chart House in Philadelphia, PA. We went on a really slow night. Maybe four tables total in the restaurant. Our server was not that great. We weren’t greeted for over five minutes and it took another ten just to get water on the table for us. He then comes over another 10 minutes later and asks us if we have any questions without even going over the menu or anything. I will say that the food was decent for what it was. I got the coastal seafood pasta and my girlfriend got a bacon wrapped shrimp dish. We each got one cocktail. I got the black and blue margarita and she got the blood orange margarita. They were decent but not really living up to expectations. We probably will not be coming back to this location until their customer service improves. The food is the only reason I’m even giving it three stars.

Landry’s at the Broadway is at a great location, right across from Wonderwork. We sat at the patio area overseeing Wonderwork and got to enjoy the nice weather outside. We ordered ½ dozen of oysters on half shelf, which is not very impressive. They aren’t very fresh, but it seems normal in Myrtle Beach area, at least they are the same for the few restaurants that we went in the area. We ordered the coastal seafood pasta, and seafood stuffed shrimp as entrée, with extra order of crab orzo. Their portion is bigger than expected, and 2 of us couldn’t finish 2 entrée with the extra side. The seafood pasta was just ok, slightly too light in flavor, but the shrimp and scallops are pretty good. Stuffed shrimps was pretty good. The crab orzo has strong crab/fishy taste, even though pepper can’t really cover that, but I’m fine with it. They also have happy hour, but at the bar only.

So its a little different but the food is good for Myrtle. They didn’t time the apps and entrée well. The table are soft top so your drink feels like it might spill. The good news was the food was great, the price was fair and we had a beautiful window seat. I would say this is the best spot for fresh food in Myrtle Beach. We recommend: Captains drink Seared Scallops Salad– real fresh!!! Stuffed mushrooms All the cocktails rocked. My tip is clean your tables!

First off let me say I am very hesitant to leave a one star review I know how much Unilocal means to me and my business so I do not take the one star rating lightly but on this visit to Landry’s I have to say I was appalled with the service I travel extensively for business and fine dining with clients is something that happens A good bit and we’re not that picky we just don’t want to be embarrassed when we choose a restaurant to impress the client The service was poor and the management’s reaction to fixing problems was almost nonexistent it took us 3 ½ hours to order and to eat If you’re looking for a fine dining experience this is not the place I have been to Landry’s and other areas and the service was good The staff needs to be trained and they need a new manager for this team was definitely non-caring and made no effort to fix issues that were easily fixable Let me just say the waitress was overwhelmed and obviously not trained as a waitress in a fine dining establishment but the managers response was not good it starts at the top Please don’t fire the waitress get management in place to do their job Ps I left a photo of the check
