Sure wish I had read these reviews before ordering, My nightmare begins with the no refunds issued after 30 days. I ordered a pair of overpants for my husbands birthday. They assured me that they would be delivered in time and that I didn’t need to pay for express, I said ok. WRONG!!! I got them 4 days after his birthday with a total of 8 days of shipping… very disappointed. now we have them and the sizing is way to small. we decided to exchange for a different style and size, well, guess what, if you get anything other than the original style, they happily take another 18 dollars from your credit card for shipping. so now Im in for three shipping costs, total BS. three weeks have gone by from start of date and now the second pair is crap with a snap that wont stay. its too late for me to get refund, I will only have three days to get this back east. not going to happen… They have to change their refund policy., its just not enough time… lets now go to the rude woman who kept breathing with heavy sighs as I apparently was inconviencing her to do her freakin job. I think her name was Nicki. I will never ever ever do business with these clowns!!!

Ok Let’s start from the beginning… Back in early December of 2014 I ordered a fringed leather jacket from here and It arrived on Christmas day. The reason I chose this site is because a relative of mine had ordered a similar item and it looked really good and caught my attention. When I received the jacket it was in outstanding condition as a new item should be. The problem was it was too small(LG) so I sent it back for a size exchange(XL). The site offers returns and exchanges within 30 days with a prepaid postage as with other online businesses. Seeing as I received it early afternoon, I went ahead a shipped it back within the hour. Shipping usually takes about 2 weeks so I was expecting a notice from JL as soon as it got there. After about the 2 weeks I got an email notifying me that they had recieved my package and that it was being processed for a size exchange however the item was placed on Backorder because they no longer had the size that I needed. Let me point out that at the time of my original purchase the size options did not have the typical«Out of stock» on any of the sizes so It was kind of weird that they no longer had any that particular size when I asked for the exchange. Fast forward almost 2 months from that first email and still no sign from JL. Within this time, I contacted JL2 times via chat to get an update and I got the same answer both times: Still in Backorder. Within days after that last attempt I finally got fed up and called JL myself and asked for a full refund. The agent helped me and told me the refund would be processed. A day or 2 later, by some sort of miracle, JL calls me and tells me they finally have my size. I gave JL one last chance and opted to get my jacket instead. 2 weeks later the package arrived. The jacket looked as though it had been sitting in their warehouse for years. The studs showed rust, the fringes were chewed up and ripped on some spots, the leather was stained and the size was exactly as the first time I got it. it was bad. So as you probably guess by now, I contacted JL and sent them photos of the item. I was very dissatisfied and I wanted my money back for sure. I sent the item back and this time I got no notice from JL. I had to set up yet another live chat to find out if they actually recieved it. I opted to get my money back so an agent processed my order and told me I would get my refund within 10 business days. 3 weeks after that last chat I checked my bank and still nothing! I contacted JL yet another time and the agent that helped me explained to me that I had store credit and I had not recieved the refund as expected because I exceeded the 30 day return period. I told the agent that the item had been in Backorder for almost 2 months and that I had no control over that return period. the agent told me theu would look into the problem and that I would receive an email within 3 days. We finally arrive to today’s date 4÷20÷15. I finally recieved the email but with the same problem. I can only obtain store credit because I «Exceeded» the 30 day return period. Needless to say I am absolutely dissapointed and dissatisfied with Jamin leather. I’ve tried and tried but no dice. I’ve called and chatted yet nothing resolved. While on my search for an answer online I’ve found people with the same problem with JL so i’m certainly not the only one and if you’re still reading this then you’re probably having the same issue. It looks like JL intentionally backs you into a corner by delaying the return/exchange process thus making it impossible to get your money back. A filthy scam if you ask me. At this point the only solutions would be to accept defeat and choose something else from their catalog or take legal action. The latter definitely more expensive and time consuming So i’m pretty much just left with option A. Never Again. Be advised.

I was very reluctant to order from this company based on previous reviews. I could not find the product that I wanted anywhere else, so I took a chance. Very glad that I did. I ordered a pink leather jacket that is of very high quality for a great price. Even though I placed my order over a holiday weekend I received my product in under a week. Communication was great throughout the whole process. Great Job Jamin’ Leather.

I have been to the store and have ordered repeatedly. I have never had a problem. They even measured a jacket for length before mailing. In the store very helpful. I have ordered this week. It shipped fedex with a tracking number. Will see if it arrives. Will update when received.

After finally getting a hold of returns dept they say goods must be back in their wharehouse within 30 days for refund or exchange. After 30 days you get penalized 20% re-stocking fee and store credit only MINUS20%. What a great deal. NOT! This is a real RIPOFFRETURNPOLICY. No retailer has ever insisted on goods being back within 30 days. Even if its 31 days you are screwed. I called 3 times and asked to talk to owner to explain why this isnt clearly written on recipts. 3 different calls to request for owner to explain his policy. Never a returned call. REALCLASSYGROUP. I ordered 5 leather vests for 350.00 for my wife and I. Over a week later we receive goods at start of holiday season. None of vests fit. I knew I had 30 days from date of purchase to arrange return authorization. The 30th day fell on a Monday. I tried to call on previous Fri. Sat., and that final Monday. Nobody returned my call. Finally on Tue. I get a hold of a really unfriendly girl in returns dept. She rudely explains that I have been screwed by this unfair policy. I nor anybody else have never heard of such a crappy unfair policy. EVER! You also would think that during holiday they could or would add some days on because all shipments get real slow during holiday season. Long story short. I finally got stuck with merchandise that doesnt fit or I dont even want to wear in correct size. I finally complained to AMERICANEXPRESS and these A holes refused to waive 20% or exchange goods. HOWISTHISFAIROREVENREPUTABLE. They could have made an exception to this unproperly stated policy, and could have tried to make what could have been a great customer happy. BUTNO. DONOTGIVETHESEUNFAIRPEOPLEYOURBUSINESS.

These people are Unethical, and their leather is garbage. I ordered a jacket, it was delivered to me with a broken zipper and a torn seam. I returned the jacket, and they never issued me a refund. They jerked me around for months, with lies and false promises… but No refund ever came. Even if the jacket had not been torn. The jacket itself was awful. Bad quality leather, cheap zippers, poorly constructed, poorly designed, bad fit. The reviews on their web site are a sham. I left reviews for a few items, but they were never posted.

Don’t get your leather here. It is very cheaply made foreign leather. I was told that if I sent them my measurements that they would make sure that the jacket and chaps that I ordered would fit me. Wrong! There is no way that they could have measured anything. The sleeves on the jacket were way too short and the chaps were«High Water» Chaps. They did take my order back and refund my money though. I was still out the shipping costs, to and from them.

Don’t order from them! You will never get your order! I ordered an item that turned out too small. Returned it and they would not refund the $$. They said it wasn’t within their 30 day return policy, even though they conveniently sent it out late. So they issued me a gift certificate minus the shipping. I called and ordered a jacket and they said they sent it. They also stated they would not send me an invoice or reciept. I ordered on the phone. They said the invoice was in the package they sent me, but would not send me a copy of the reciept or what I paid on shipping. Its been almost 3 months since I initially ordered from them, they took my money through Pay Pal and I still have not seen my merchandise. They hung up on me and have continued to avoid any correspondence. I have since turned it over for investigation by my credit card company. These people are bad business!
