The team at East Coast Air that I spoke with (Mike, Angel, Steven) all earned my deepest respect. They were all friendly, helpful and no B.S. Both Steven and Mike didn’t waste my time and quickly told me that they couldn’t beat the estimate I got from another company. But they also described in detail why they strive to be the best HVAC service company, not the cheapest, and what additional warranties, maintenance program, and features I’d be getting for the additional cost.
I really wish I could afford to have given them my business because I have no doubt it would have been a wonderful experience and I would have received the finest installation. Unfortunately, money is more important than perfection right now, but I hope to use East Coast Air in the future.

I have had at least 3 occasions where Mike from East coast has come and saved my life. You know — that time the AC is going to let you down when your house is full and it’s the hottest day of the year .
He and his associates are customer service professionals, they are all very personable and things get done properly.
