Ate there this morning. Service and food were very good.

Exceptional service, the waiter we had went above and beyond for our table. Food was above average, a little pricey for the sides but all in all a great meal.

It wasn’t horrible or great. The negatives: The food was a bit greasy. My cheese omelet was made with American and the toast was burned on the edges. The positives: The décor was kind of charming, the waitresses were really nice, and the prices were reasonable. I personally probably wouldn’t go back just because there was an excess of oil, grease, and butter on everything, so I couldn’t actually eat it.

Mediocre at best. Dated and musty inside. Breakfast was adequate, nothing special. Grits were lumpy (gross!) and were not prepared with any salt. Given all the other options in the area, we probably won’t be back.

Good standard breakfast, quickly seated. Hostess very friendly. Quick service even though the waitress wasn’t very friendly.

Great service-​food was average at best. Restaurant could use some fresh paint and carpet-​old musty smell inside. Would try another pancake house next time.

Poor service, tasteless grits, hard eggs, grainy pancakes, but the water was good! Your better off going to a pancake chain than this place.

Didn’t like the automatic 18% tip the waitress puts on your tab for party of 6, despite the service being so-​so. My toast was soaked in butter and my omelette tasted like it had some kind of pickled vegetable, kind of vinegary taste to it. Coffee is watered down. I definitely do not recommend coming here for breakfast.

Wish we had picked another place for breakfast! Food was mediocre, eggs were either under– or over-​cooked, pancakes were awful, bacon was too salty. Service was poor — very slow and we weren’t told they were out of biscuits until asking when everyone else’s order was delivered! And forget about going to the bathroom — only 1 for each gender that is constantly full and not clean.

Service was terrible and the food was equally as bad. We waited 25 minutes for our food and watched multiple groups who came in after us get served before us. When the food finally came out, the eggs were running and the bacon was gray. In all our waiting, the waitress never offered us a refill on coffees or checked on us. The worst part is how much we had to pay for the food none of us felt comfortable eating. To add to this, a vent continually dripped onto our table and we had to take it upon ourselves to move it because the waitress never checked on us. Terrible experience here!

Service is terrible. They expect a tip without giving you great service, and they weren’t even busy. Staff were rude. Food was dry and tasteless. Coffee was terrible, more like brown water. Will NEVER go back there again. McDonald’s has better service.

I have eaten at this restaurant before, over the years, and I was sorely disappointed this week. We went for breakfast, and ordered an omelet, hash browns and grits. The omelet was meh… the grits were okay, but the hash browns were horrible, as was the service. We were made to feel that we were an inconvenience to our server. The hash browns were nothing more than a raw potato wrung through a meat grinder. They were the consistency of spaghetti, and barely cooked. So it was like eating stringy raw potatoes.
I will not return.

With all the choices in Myrtle Beach to go for breakfast you do not need to go to this place. Just use the bathroom… gross!!! Food was OK, the place is dirty and rugs need replacing, the door to the kitchen is dirty. IHOP was great!

Recently tried this diner for breakfast. The service was good, the food came out exceptionally fast and the décor was fun to look at seeing as a lot of it is MB long ago. The foyer had a strange smell and it worried me but it was tidy inside so it’s just an older smelly building I guess. I would recommend this restaurant as one of those places that are local and low key.

We have had breakfast here on many occasions and it is wonderful. The owner Cero, servers Mike and Cheryl are all wonderful. Even the kitchen manager has came to our table to make sure things were good. I am Gluten Free and LOVE the food, especially the pancakes. Well worth the wait and the money.

GF banana and pecan pancakes were so good. My hubby, who isn’t GF, said he couldn’t tell the difference. Only downside is that their syrup has malt in it so had to have sugar free syrup. Not my favorite.
Coffee is decent as is the rest of the food. Hubby loved the liver pudding so much we went to the store and bought some. As Cheryl, our wonderful waitress said, it’s like scrapple only a little more liver taste and less grainy than Scrapple. She even asked me if I wanted my bacon crispy which is how I prefer it.
Overall a very friendly, good place to eat.

The hype about this restaurant has to do with just how friendly the staff this. The food has a long way to go. The eggs were very dry the sausage must have been cooked for at least two hours it was as hard as a rock and dry as could be. The French toes just tasted like loaf bread no flavoring there at all. My wife had pancakes and a egg and sausage on what the pancakes were rubbery and the omelette was very dry. She for whatever reason loves pancake houses but after this one she might not anymore. Here’s for hoping.

Long wait… Never got our food and starving when we got there. Everyone was getting their order and paying their bill except for my party. They did seat us immediately which I thought was a good sign. After that it was downhill from there. Someone had to find our waitress to get our orders which didn’t really take long to be honest but no one told us it was going to take that long to cook our food and serve it. When I asked if the food was ready, she said the kitchen was behind… Ummmm you shouldve said something while we waited coz some groups came after us and we’re able to leave before us.
Can’t comment on the food since we never got it. We just walked out.

I never do reviews but I just felt like I needed to. My husband and I was looking for a good breakfast spot to eat. After we got our order and started to eat roaches started coming up the side of the wall needless to say we stopped eating and left right away however we did tell the hostess who stated it just started to happening.
Since you have to give a star rating you can’t just do no stars I put it a one.

Went looking for some gluten free pancakes this morning and ended up here for breakfast. All of the other pancake houses were packed and we weren’t in the mood to wait around. After looking at reviews on Unilocal for this place and some others, I was skeptical, but wasn’t too concerned. When I got there, I was even more skeptical by the look of it. But…
We were seated right away and we’re greeted with sweet southern charm by all of the workers. The diner was fairly busy, but was very large and there was a lot more seating available, I would never expect a wait here.
Ordered our food and it was in front of me no longer than 4 minutes later– no joke. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. The gluten free pancakes were nice and fluffy which is sometimes hard to achieve. Kudos.
The place looks a little run down, but I found the art and hand painted back wall to be so cute and southern, overall an adorable place. Definitely would recommend for a fresh and quick breakfast.
