We eat here fairly regularly and they have a great veggie burger here for the less meat inclined. Onion rings are good and very good service at this location.

Expensive but a bit different and certainly better than McDonalds etc. Concretes are the mainstay and of course the steak burger. I liked them better when there were fewer locations. Food seems greasier or maybe it’s just this location. Will go there again for concretes but the food… Meh

First time at this Freddy’s frozen custard and I am totally impressed with the friendliness of the employees. And the hamburger is the best. My granddaughter also loves the frozen custard. Will come back next time I’m in Mustang.

I went to this place for the first and last time ever! I got sick within 20 min of arrival. You could smell the grease when you first walked in. It was very overwhelming. The food was gross and you could tell they don’t clean the grill. They only reason they got 1 star is because I couldn’t give them negative stars.

TL;DR: Food wasn’t bad, but wasn’t great. COMPLETELYFORGETTABLE(except for the gross burger-char stuff) Maybe their custard is the real attraction? I was hungry and wanted to try out Freddy’s. I ordered a meal which totaled about $ 8(a bit steep for a fast food burger joint). I could see if I ordered something that was special or over the top, but I got an original(2 patties) with cheese. The drinks were standard fountain, nothing to report. The fries are shoestring super thin. I’ve never been a fan of these, so it’s more of a personal preference. They weren’t BAD shoestring fries, I just find shoestring fries to be inherently salt-heavy. Ketchup was as expected standard. The burger is where I was really left wanting. The bun was fine. The veggies were fine. The cheese was ordinary. The«original» comes with 2 patties, and I’m here to tell you: smashing a patty so thin you have to stack two of them together to make it as thick as a normal patty does NOT make it a double. Usually a single patty is enough to fill me, and a double stuffs me to gluttonous delight. These two patties left me only about 90% full. Not what I expected considering I splurged to buy a double-burger. What’s worse is the smashed-patties were encircled by probably an inch of excess(read: patty extended beyond the edge of the bun). Now this wouldn’t have been bad if that excess was still recognizable as MEAT. Instead it was burnt charred crusty meat-COLORED stuff. I couldn’t tell what it was, but I’m guessing either burnt fat/grease stuck together loosely by overcooked meat. It was awful. I was able to rip/snap or scrape all the outer waste off leaving a pile of brown ashes in my basket. Once you get past that part the burger splatties(splattered-patty) combined into what would have made a decent single patty. Flavor-wise it was not bad, but was entirely forgettable. I left wishing I had gone to Whataburger, or even Braums which were both nearby. I felt that for the seemingly high price I should have walked out of there delighted. Then again, maybe their real pull is custard? I was certainly hungry enough to enjoy a custard, but my disappointment convinced me to move on with my life instead.
