Eat breakfast here regularly. Good food and service every time. Have called in orders to take breakfasts to work and orders are ready every time

Horrible… well, not exactly. we never got to eat. very quiet late evening, after 30 minutes I asked about our order and the Manager/Cook said she was short of help and doing the best she could.(Thats not my problem) so after 15 more minutes, I asked again and they were still taking the short handed approach We walked out without eating… no sense of urgency, no explanation, carpet is horribly dirty. This place needs closed down

They sat us(party of 12) right after and next to another party of 12. The service was horrible, all orders were either wrong or not given to us at all. Had to ask 4times for a coke before another server got it for us. Definitely a bad experience!

Standard Denny’s. You don’t go to Denny’s for remarkable meals or service. Stopped for a Friday brunchtime breakfast, and was happy with food and service. Only 2 stars for them because there are so many franchises that do a better job.

We went on a Sunday night after church with 9 people. When we arrived, we were not told that the only people on staff were one waitress, one manager and one cook. We placed our orders and my wife and I ordered an appetizer with our meal. After an hour, our food had not arrived and our drinks had never been refilled. My mother in law never received her drink even though she asked for it numerous times. When our food did arrive, we received our appetizers along with our meal which defeated the purpose of an appetizer. My wifes hamburger had a hair in it and it took over thirty minutes for each of us to get our food once it started arriving. I politely told the waitress about the hair in my wifes food and also about the fact that we would not be paying for the appetizers due to the fact that we were already eating our meal. I also questioned her about whether or not we’d have to pay for the hairy food and she rolled her eyes at me. We asked for the manager who then proceded to tell us about the short staff and then made it out to be our fault that we did not get faster service. I also failed to mention that they were out of fries, out of nachos, out of chocolate chip pancakes and also out of orange juice. This was the worst service we ever received and after many years of going to Denny’s, I will not be back.
