I like Sherwin-​Williams paints, but not the stores and this one is a good example of why. I went to visit this past week and was «greeted» by a violent movie being shown on a large screen TV by the paint samples (what!?), and a few employees visiting behind the paint counter but not eager of help in any way. Not surprisingly, I was the only customer in the store. I would think that being across the street from a Home Depot (who offers their own great paints) would motivate the manager of this store to make sure that customers were pleased with their visit.
