Ate an early lunch here. Had a coupon — buy one hamburger get one free. Ordered two with everything but onions. One had onions and was cold as if it had been in the refrigerator. At first thought it was just a cold bun but everything on it was cold. It had to have been left over. Maybe this is what you get if you use a coupon? Won’t be buying the coupon card again and won’t be eating here again. Very disappointed always loved sonic burgers.

The stars are for the friendliness of the staff only. I like this chain’s drink menu & usually stop at them a few times a week at other locations. I’ve been to this one twice & each time, the water tastes like it’s come out of a garden hose. I don’t know whether they don’t clean their taps or they need a water filter. Either way, not going back.

Growing up in LA, I was never exposed to sonic but I had seen their pseudo interesting commercials hundreds of times. I’ll be honest I was surprised by this place.
I think of sonic as a jack in the box with a larger food menu, with slightly better quality and a unique drink menu. They had a drink called «ocean water.» Imagine sprite with coconut syrup added to it and blue dye!
The service here was FAR better than most fast food joints I’ve been to but then again you are in Muscle Shoals, AL.
