This is for all the haters! Just finished at this BW3, service was awesome, service prompt and friendly. They had a customer experience captain named Herod (name changed to protect his witness protection status). I’ve eaten out extensively all over the world, this was a good experience.

I’ll just start off by saying absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE. I have been to a lot of BWW’s in my travels. I choose BWW’s because of the great service and the consistency to the quality of there food. From my experience at this location, you should pick a different restaurant to dine at in the Muscatine area.

Good food (I recommend the sweet BBQ boneless wings– tastes like very good Kansas City barbecue sauce). Friendly service. Entertaining sports on the TV’s. And they’re also known for some top-​notch beer. B-​Dubs is one of my favorite restaurant chains.

This is by far the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been too. There is limited parking, otherwise you are walking half a block to the door. Severs have no idea how to be polite, or knowledgeable of the menu. All the servers are middle aged men and women which is slightly degrading. I think the managers are more into talking to their friends rather than talking to all their guests. I would never come back here again and I advice no body to go here.

It’s not the best Buffalo Wild Wings out there. I’ve been to this location several times and the service is hit or miss. Sometimes at lunch takes awhile for the food to come out, and you should plan on not getting a drink refill. In my experience, dinner is better. The food is always good.
At one point they had a second girl running around called your «experience coach». Her job is to offer you samples of beer you might like to try (selection wasn’t that wide or abnormal) and to change the TV channel for you. She also interrupts you while you’re having a conversation with the other people at your table in order to try to sign you up for SPAM. They may have nixed this ridiculous role. I actually don’t go very often because of my experience with this nonsense shortly after they opened.

Terrible service! I’ve been to this buffalo wild wings on multiply occasions and constantly reminded why I tell myself why I will never go back. The chicken is not cooked all the way through, the servers are rude and absentminded, and you’ll need your very own Hunting party if you want to track down your waiter/​waitress. I recommend something local when in Muscatine and if you find your self craving BWW its worth the 30 minute drive to Iowa City or Davenport for a decent experience.

Horrible place! Our lunch group went here for lunch. We waited 25 minutes and had to flag down our waitress to ask about our food. We were given a lame excuse about the jerk chicken sandwiches and wedge fries taking longer than expected. We told her to bring the other meals to avoid waiting for those sandwiches. My fries were cool. My boneless wings were overcooked and I had to saw through them with a knife. Won’t be back!

My wife and I visited this located last night as we were town and wanted something quick. We have been to this locations a handful of times and never had bad service or food. I have to several BWW all over the mid-​west and this one holds up to the brand. We got greeted from the moment we walked in and seated very fast. The waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable, told us about happy hour and boneless Thursdays. We got 24 boneless wings, a beer, and app of Onion Rings. Everything came out fast and hot.
