Where do I start, received my water bill(Meternet) went from 33.10 to 177.73, so I called Meternet and was told they have been under billing the association for the past four years, but have called and attempted to resolve the matter with them(Voit Management) but since it was not taken care of in a timely matter, they billed the homeowners(dividing the deficit 1,000.00 by 10 homeowners) hence increasing our bi-monthly payment by 100.00, so I called Voit Management and was told their working on it, but in the meantime I had two options, pay the full amount or pay and amount I thought I owed? I opted for full payment, sad, it appeared I was bothering them when I called and was told when it was resolved I would receive and email and a unknown amount refund and/or credit? Customer service at its best, no one wants to assume responsibility for errors and/or correcting things but if the tables were reversed and I was delinquent with payments to either of the too, I would be without water and delinquent with my association dues.

Really poor at communication and don’t even know what part of the communities they are responsible for in the communities they own. Lied to is about a garage door opener. Tried to charge us $ 50 for one we can’t even use when we can go to lowes and buy one for $ 15. Worst management group I’ve ever had to work with.

If you can avoid purchasing a place ran by VOIT Management, do it. They are terrible. Where should I start? You cannot voice your concerns about anything – they tell you to bring it up in the monthly homeowners meeting regardless of how urgent or unprofessional the matter. They don’t take accountability for ANYTHING. We had a gate that was hitting cars as you drove in. The parking situation is a mess. You get cited for everything even if you have placards, forget people coming to visit they arent allowed without a sticker! People were getting towed and had to incur the costs for parking in open spaces. Security guards abuse their«power». They tell your kids not to ride their skateboards, bikes, or basically have any fun. The Jacuzzi is never warm. There is trash all over the grounds. You aren’t allowed to have plants on your stairs or in front of your door they want it to look like a prison.

I have had to make several phone calls to VOIT for information on our POA’s procedures to get approval on projects that we’ve been doing. Each time I’ve called I was able to speak with a live person in short order. I’ve spoken with Angela the last two times that I’ve called and she has been extremely helpful, patient and friendly with all of my questions. I went with 4 stars as my interaction with them thus far is limited, but so far it’s all good.

I have to say most of the women in the building try to be as helpful as possible. They are all very nice. That why the 3 stars. I took 2 stars away for the way they handle neighborhood complaints and how rentals in my community make my track to look like crap. Their payment processing system is so far behind in the times. I made a duplicate payment on my account only days apart because their system is so outdated it didn’t even tell me. Due to the«workload» they haven’t been able to process my refund yet. I’m not sure how these people get contracted to do this but they are horrible with follow up.

Unprofessional is putting it mildly. Our POA switched over to this company to save money, and well you get what you pay for. They don’t return emails or phone calls. When they do send a letter out, it reads as if a 3rd grader wrote it. I think they are way in over their heads taking on another POA. Beware.
