This place is a hidden gem, I don’t know why there aren’t more reviews written! I went today to get a gel mani and came out super ecstatic!
The girls there are all so nice! I’ve only had Dona and Kim work on my nails, but whenever I come in I’m greeted right away! I usually go on days when they’re not really busy and they’re usually able to accommodate me.
Today I was told I would have to wait 30mins to start on my nails because two techs were only working and ladies were already being taken care of. I was fine with a 30min wait and sat down. Then, Dona came rushing in (I guess she had a bunch of meetings today) and started working on the client Kim was working on, so Kim started working on me.
In my eyes, their customer service is impeccable! I definitely think that if you want to get your nails done, it shouldn’t be a rushed/​fast experience, it should be a relaxing and pampering one, and you shouldn’t worry about time. One lady came in to get a waxing while I was getting my nails done and she looked like she was in a big hurry. Kim told her to come back in 15mins and she wasn’t back by the time my nails were done.
I wouldn’t go anywhere for the price they offer! $ 20 for gel nails, and I got glitter and a silver heart rhinestone on my ring fingers. My gel colors were DND (Daisy Nail Designs) Cherry Berry and Fuchsia Star (I forget the numbers, but they obviously give you the swatches beforehand).

look stunning! Thank you so much, Kim! They’re definitely going to be my nail place from now on!

I’ve experienced poor service and quality the last three times I’ve come in now. Overcharged on two of those visits. I’ll be looking for another salon.

I tried this nail salon after reading the rave reviews on here, but it fell far below my expectations. I was grateful they fit me in as a walk-​in, but that’s the extent of the positivity. The woman who did my nails was terrible. She removed the gel okay, but not very gently. When I asked her to clip my nails to meet the tips of my fingers, she cut too far down and now the ends of my fingers are sore. The filing of them was done terribly as well as she failed to pull back my finger so she would file the actual nail and not my fingertip. I asked her if she was able to do designs and she said yes, but presented me with literally ten design options, all of which were way too busy for my personal taste. When I showed her pictures of what I’d like instead, she told me she wouldn’t be able to do any of them because my nails are so small. I was okay with that because I’d prefer someone be honest and tell me they can’t do something than try and fail so I asked for simple pink nail polish instead for my gel manicure. Unfortunately, she did not seem to know how to polish my nails, either. She put way too much on and left it streaky and uneven. The end result ended up looking okay, but once I got outside, I realized I had polish on the tips of my fingers and cuts on my cuticles where she hadn’t softened them up enough before trimming them.
Although I usually try to work things like this out with the business before simply going online and posting a negative review, it was very apparent the woman in charge could not be bothered to speak with me as she was too busy feigning intense interest in her own client while I tried to get her attention.
I won’t be going back.

My daughter and I just got home from having spa pedicures. Can we say, «Best pedicures ever!!» This will now be my go to place for a pedicure. So thorough, relaxing and pretty toes! I also had my brows waxed and am very pleased with that too. They look good and I don’t know why, but it was the least painful too.

This was my first time at this salon for a long overdue pedicure. The experience was excellent! The technicians did a fabulous job attending to me, were pleasant, and did a thorough job with out hurting me. I highly recommend this salon for your business.

Walked in for some pampering after a rough morning. No waiting. The place is nice and clean and they do excellent work. I can’t wait to go back. Will recommend to family and friends. This is my new place to go.

Love this place ! I come here for my gel acrylics and I only go to Mona, she’s the best and always does a great job !

I have now been 5 times for Tristy. She’s the real deal and nowhere have I had hot stone massage on calfs with pedicure. Am happy here now! Even my polish stays better!

Not good customer service. Called ahead of time and was told to come down right then. I get there and was then told sorry, come back in 30 minutes because someone just walked in. Bad customer service.

Well I came here on a Sunday and the place had only 3 people being helped and no one waiting, yet the lady said it’s a 40 min wait just for a pedicure. Go figure! No pedicure for me today. .:(

Best Place I’ve found in Murrieta. Tristy is my favorite, so friendly and professional. I took my daughter and my friend and everyone was very happy! :)

I love going with Tristy because she’s so sweet and holds conversation well. Also I love the way she does my nails.

Came to this location base on the Unilocal reviews and I’m happy I did! I got a pedicure which was $ 18 (normal pricing) and the massage chairs actually work unlike other nail salons I have been to, the chairs were nice and very relaxing :) and my pedicure wasn’t rushed, they took their time with me! The women who work there are very friendly and inviting. I left a happy customer and will be giving this nail salon my business!

My second visit… this time for spa pedi and eyebrow wax… the wax was actually so relaxing, really! Staff is over the top friendly and prices are good. They don’t try to sell you on a bunch of add ons either. Very peaceful as well! Highly recommend!

My new go to salon for gel nails. The price was very reasonable, plus they do not charge for removing your old gel polish when having new polish applied. Mona did an excellent job on my nails. She took her time and so far after more than 2 weeks, not a single chip even tho I can be very rough with my hands. Highly recommend this salon for gel nails.

Great experience at this nail salon! I’m definitely coming back. Walked in for a mani and spa pedi, was greeted right away even if all the techs were busy, paid $ 28 ($ 18 for spa pedi and $ 10 for mani). The ladies were friendly and didn’t pressure me to get gel which was $ 10 more.

I liked this nail salon. It was very quiet and relaxing just the way I like it. I believe prices are very affordable here– 10 dollars for a regular manicure, but at the end they charged 5 dollars more without telling me before hand that it will cost more to get gel polish off…
