Seeing as i cannot add on to my previously written review I am adding this additional review as an update. Karen Pike’s assistant wrote me an e-​mail after business hours on Thursday I’m only assuming that they were hoping I was not going to see this till Monday. I placed a call and spoke with Karen pike regarding the e-​mail that i had received (the e-​mail said per Unilocal we have picked up the instrument and your contract is now dissolved with The Master Musicians). I see this uneducated Money driven heartless people do not know how to communicate and I’m sure I can find something in the contract that is flawed and i can hold them up to. I will never deal with this company again!

This place is wonderful, friendly lady who understand deaf parents with children who are hearing!!! Has lot patience to have an conversation on paper and pen! She know bit signs but still it’s cool!
Very nice place and surround too. Son got his flute he’s so happy learning how use it!!!

We went in to checkout instruments for my daughter’s band class. We wanted to check what the prices were for renting. The young gentlemen who helped out was so nice to my daughter letting her try some different instruments and giving us some insight on what might work well for her since she has never played before. He showed us what a contract looked like and what the different prices were. I was so pleased when we walked out with the service we received.

We had such a great experience here. I’m not sure why there are so many negative feedback, but for us, we were pretty satisfied. The employees were very helpful and directed us to the «petting zoo» where the kids were able to try out the different instruments. People who were there to assist ranged from all ages. My son felt comfortable the whole time and was open to try all the different instruments. Im thankful that they were positive and encouraging the whole time, even when my son was ready to give up.

Hometown Music Store for sure! They do repairs right there in the store, do instrument rentals and shave lots of books and accessories that my daughter needed while she was playing the baritone.
The owners are wonderful and informative!

Beware of delinquent fee charges. They do explain payment procedures clearly, and they do not send billing notices. To my detriment I was charged outrageous late fees even though they had my credit card on file. I will not rent from them again.
