Ashlee is the best!!! She understood my hair problem and was able to help. My hair was dyed and beyond dead and she knew exactly how much to cut off. And recommended amazing products to help me. She knew what she was doing and she was so sweet. I think Ima make her my stylist

Stephanie is still a phenomenal hair stylist and I highly recommend her. On 3÷9÷16 I had a haircut 11 days later I realized it was too long in the back and wanted it cut a tad shorter. It took about 5 minutes as usual Stephanie did a great job but charged me full price. I realize this probably comes down from corporate, but wow, really? poor value-​added customer service from Supercuts. Boarder line totally impersonal to the customer.
Again, I find Stephanie to be a professional stylist, her talent far exceeds the standards of Supercuts.
But, unfortunately I probably won’t be back.

Just walked in and was told it would be a few minutes, 40 minutes later they did not say a thing to us, like it will be a few more minutes or anything. They acted like we weren’t even there!! You need to work on your customer service. I have never written a negative review until now!

I’m a military guy, and I’ve never been big on haircuts. Just finishing up a month of leave, I was a bit shaggy so I decided to bite the bullet on a service that I’m normally extra frugal about, and got a high and tight done.
Stephanie (I believe?) did mine, and she was perfectly sociable, polite, and professional. The haircut was pretty good, and it gets bonus points because of the fact that it’s been more than a decade since I got a haircut that didn’t cause me to bleed afterwards (there’s no such thing as «gentle» with a military barber, in my experience).
Pricier than I would’ve preferred for a haircut, but the place is solid.

I made my appointment online for today to have any stylist do a cut and color. When I got there Kalyn took me right away. She asked what I wanted to do and I showed her a blurry picture that I found online. After giving my hair a good run through she said that it would be totally possible and she wouldn’t have to wack my hair almost completely off! She was very thorough in going over what would be good coloring for my hair based on cut and skin tone. One thing that really bugs me is that some (not you Anthony) stylists try to give me a new part. I have parted my hair like this since grade school. Kalyn kept my part and did the highlights to suit my part.
To wrap it up, I got a perfect cut and color. It’s actually the closest to my natural color than I have been in quite a few years. I seriously almost started crying.
Kalyn is outstanding in customer service, communication, and knowledge. I will be going back to keep up on my hair. She is really nice as well.

I love this Salon the people are always very friendly and actually listen to what you want. I’ve gone the expensive Salons in tnis area and can’t ever get the cut I want. I go to this Salon and know I’m going to get a good cut. Love the people in this place.

Every single one of the girls who works here is awesome and does a good job. I’ve been to Aveda, Paul Mitchell and other nice salons and none of them compare to this specific location. I trust them and always leave happy. Give this place a shot and you will be super happy.

I had a terrible haircut at a different salon (which shall remain nameless) earlier on the day I went in. I had waited hours for it, and it made me so sick. It was like she cut my hair in the dark. I had tried to make it work. But, seriously, it was bad. I was almost in tears. But of course, boys don’t cry. So finding Sam here was just like heaven. All I can say is, that Friday I was in love. It was the grooviest thing, the haircut was the perfect dream. Great job!!!

Emily was amazing!!! She took the time to really listen and give me the cut I wanted. I am totally enthused with her attentive, caring service, friendly personality, and awesome skill! Thank you Emily! See you again soon.

Popped in for a hair cut, the girl that cut my hair time before that did an excellent job was not in so I took who was available, she turned out to be excellent too, gave a great hair cut also I told her I was looking for a certain style product I really liked but had ran out of. She recommended one and used it on my hair so I bought it, a little expensive but not as expensive as the one I had. Turns out I love it even better, so she was definitely right on what I needed for my hair. Will forxsurecgo back to their shop for all my needs.

I went to get a trim… Told the «girl» an inch– and a half and she seriously took off at least four inches of my hair. I’m so sad I should of asked for Jennifer because I trust her but it’s my fault I had a bad feeling about this other girl. She didn’t know what she was doing.

Came here because it was close to me. Wanted a foe hawk, got a buzz cut. The woman had no idea what she was doing. When I paid at the end of the hair cut she didn’t even give me a receipt. It felt like she didn’t want to be there or cut my hair.

I’ve been to this location a few times and each time was with my then 1 year old son. the staff is extremely friendly and professional they all engaged my son when he was there which i was not expecting. the prices are totally reasonable and they all seem to know what they are doing. each time i went there Brittney was my stylist and she listened very well to what i wanted while also giving her professional opinion. i love the atmosphere and the consistency between the stylists they seem to be a tight group that really respect each other. Ill be back!

I have to say, I tried this salon on a whim, but have been back 3 times! The tea tree treatment is amazing! I had blowouts and a wedding up-do…all great and never a long wait!

Wonderful place jen is like a magician with the clippers! All the staff are very nice and welcoming. I come every week and have no desire to try any where else

When you schedule an appointment be sure to ask for Britney. She works on the left side in the second chair. This young lady has a creative vision for what style will look best on you and then applies her excellent skills.
She has provided make-​over «do“s for both myself and my daughter. We can always count on Britney to make room in her schedule and I have to say I just love her color skills too.

I moved out to southern california in earty 2010, I started going to Supercuts in Menifee and started getting my hair cut by a certain person. I am now coming up to 2 years getting my hair cut by the same person. Ive never had one problem at either salon, and while im there I never notice anyone having problems either.
