Rigo is really knowledgeable. They are always nice here and very professional. I didn’t get to visit too long last time, but I appreciated Rigo taking a moment to let me know about their events. Shop is tucked in the back of this shopping center and ample parking. Easy to see why this bike shop can be a destination stop as it is surrounded with great biking routes that are flat terrain. Their group rides sound welcoming and I definitely want to check it out when I get more familiar with my roadbikes. Thanks for helping me out, Rigo!

I had the fantastic opportunity to meet Rigo (the store manager) today while searching for a new helmet. To start, the shop is payed out well with road bikes, mountain bikes, cruisers, and all of the gear you might want. They offer high end products at a reasonable price, and have a fantastic array of bike available. Rigo is the real deal, he’s super knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions that you might have. I regret not finding this store sooner as I have been dealing with other local bike shops which don’t offer anywhere close to the same level of customer service. Do yourself a favor and check out this bike shop, whether your a roadie, a triathlete, or a mt. biker; they have what you are looking for.

If you are looking for a quick turn around for repairs, then this is the place. Rigo who is the manager and mechanic is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. If you don’t find what you are looking for, he will take the time to find it for you. Rigo also specializes in restoring old bikes. Great local bike shop!

Visited this shop today and walked away wondering why they are still in business. The employees gave the feeling they weren’t happy being there. It’s no wonder they have the same Intense bikes, among most other merchandise on their floor the past 2 years. Their bikes are overpriced and outdated! I won’t be coming back considering the other shops in town offer excellent service and choices.

I’ve been a longtime supporter of IE Bikes. When they moved to old town Murrieta, I was so excited and their new location was small, but really cool. Once they closed down, Stage 2 Cyclery opened up. They’ve done a great job addressing the needs of the road bike community and they are slowly building up their stock of mountain bike accessories. The reason the rating is 5 stars is because of their mechanic, Rigo. He has been extremely helpful in repairing my many bikes, educating me in the process of proper maintenance protocol, and is very experienced at what he does. S2C hit a homerun when they chose Rigo as one of their associates. Thank you!

I live in San Diego and my local shops did not stock SRAM big rings. I was in a bind and needed a new big ring. Stage 2 had it in stock. The shop even offered to install my new big ring. It was surprising Stage 2 carried the part. A friend recommended I give Stage 2 a call. I’m happy I called and recommend Stage 2 Cyclery for your cycling needs.

Update: I felt that I shouldn’t write this shop off because they do quite a bit for the local cycling community so I went back this week looking for a saddle bag. Due to the shape of my saddle and seatpost I needed a pretty specific style of bag. The young man who helped me took his time trying a Sci con mount on the rails to see if it might work. It didn’t but fortunately, they had a model that did. The entire interaction was pleasant this time around. Thanks!
