Pharmacy review — have been there twice and will never go back after both being experiences of being ignored, waiting a long time for refills and ineptness on the part of the people behind the counter. As another reviewer pointed out, so many other pharmacies that want your business — go there!

This review is for the pharmacy only. With so many competing pharmacies out there you need to have the right drugs & prices, customer service, and knowledgable staff. We have been frequenting this location for about 6 months and have now switched to Costco. Here’s why: Their hours suck, they frequently don’t answer their phone, they lack a good variety in brands of medication, and lastly customer service is obsolete. Our last straw was after a week long battle to get a prescription filled that in the end we came to find out that the brand we needed Rite Aid no longer carried. Long story short, instead of taking initiative and contacting us ahead of time they waited until after we showed up for a refill to tell us that they no longer carried the brand that we need and assumed a substitute brand would be sufficient. We in turn had to search for another pharmacy and jump through hoops to get the prescription filled. Unacceptable.

I’m not a huge fan of Rite Aid, but I hear their beer prices are better than most.
So in honor of Father’s Day, and because I heard from my dad that the beer prices are better than most, I bought beer!
The store schematic doesn’t make sense, but it was clean and orderly. Which I appreciate.
The cashier was the last encounter; he needed help because there was a big line, and the bigger the line got, the more nervous he got and tried to rush through the orders.
Instead of assisting me with the case of beer, as I put away my change and receipt, he moved it out of his way to the other side of the counter where I have to move books and paperwork to get to the case. I’m 5 foot nothing, and the case was kinda big… The moving of the beer wasn’t convenient for me. Nonetheless, I go here for what I need, and rare that I actually choose to go there.
