I love coming here. Why? Because the food and the service. The food never disappoints! Phở with well done steak was on point and satisfied the cravings. Everything we ordered was delicious! Veggies are always fresh and the owner she is very nice and welcoming!

We have been a customer for a while and we stopped going here until we discovered a better phở place. We were rudely told that there is no tables available but clearly there is. Also, servings are small. I don’t intend to be rude, I don’t hate but for the sake of food lovers out there, there’s so much better. Trust me so you won’t get disappointed

This was my first time trying phở, and I have to say, it was amazing! I got the number 3, which was the chicken phở, I was kind of skeptical at first getting it because I’ve always had bad experience with chicken in anything, but this one was great! I also got the honeydew smoothie boba which was AMAZING. The server who helped us was EXTREMELYNICE! GREATCUSTOMERSERVICE! I think her name was Ina? I will definitely be coming back again soon!

Please update your hours. You guys close whenever you want too and are not consistent. I have been a customer for 2 years now, everytime I call you close early. For example today! Your hours are till 9 but closed at 7:50pm. Your food is great but your service and customer service is very poor.

This place is not pretty to look at but the food is great! I always get the rare steak phở and egg rolls and I’ll travel across town for it! The phở has amazing flavor and it might be the msg but I literally crave it! Love this place.

Decided to try a new phở place, big mistake. My crispy noodles were bland, they don’t have veggie egg rolls, and the condiments tray on the table makes it impossible to sit 4 people comfortably. Not to mention the trays were dirty. It looks like they haven’t been cleaned in a while. Service was fast and everyone was very friendly but over all food was disappointing. The best part of my meal was my drink, a can of coca cola. Definitely won’t be coming back

Called in my order at 9:00 pm on a Saturday and got the order in 20 minutes. The guy on the phone was very nice and got the order correct. Will need to try it again but experience in the restaurant.

Rude as hell !!! Don’t spend a dime here. Customer asked for something and waitress roiled her eyes right in front of us … really I’ve never been here, just sat down and that’s my first impression??? Our server was really talkative and tried to keep up selling us on a sh*t ton of appetizers but wouldn’t actually look at us or make eye contact ??? Dude this was too weird for me … Won’t be back:(They also seat Asians on one side and whites on the other, really ??? Go to Phở Tho on murrieta Hot Springs rd. Zero weirdness ;)

Giving a 1 star only because they closed the doors with 20 mins before closing time. All I wanted was spring rolls Togo. Oh well…

Great place if your craving phở, the food is great and usually pretty quick. The service here is the reason(I believe) where they find some of their poorer reviews. The woman who owns the shop is very sweet but only when she wants to be lol. I did notice one day though that she had lost all of her hair and it made me realize that you really never know what someone is going through. It is extremely stressful running a restaurant and do it while(possibly) sick must be brutal. The family is overall very, very nice and the food is good. Its the only place we come to when we are craving phở. Oh and try some of their other dishes besides the noodle soup, I ordered a chicken and broccoli dish last time and it was delicious.

Never a disappointment with this spot. When the wife and I are looking for a good phở spot and not wanting to go down to temecula this is the place. Staff is very friendly and helpful if you have menu questions.

So far so good, we have the sausage spring roll and you dip into peanut sauce and it tasted yummy. I also have the #1 combo phở and we order #12 well done/rare steak phở. The soup tasted pretty good compared to the other phở place that we tried in the area. I will say the food is good and will definitely come back here again.

After my trip to Asia, I was coming down with a cold. Nothing fixes a cold better than a bowl of soup, phở specifically. It has ginger, cardamom, star anise, and all the great spices to make your cold go bye-bye! I woke up with a really bad head cold and of course, since I’m the head cook of the house, if I’m sick, no one cooks for me. Unless if you consider my husband ripping a bag of instant ramen into a pot, cooking. I asked him if we can come here since 1) it’s the only place that opens up at 9 am. 2) The broth is really good here 3) it brings a lot of comfort smelling phở when you walk in 4) I’ve been coming here for about 5 years. My husband didn’t disagree with me since he doesn’t cook anyway and the quicker I feel better, the sooner our house is back in order. We showed up and it looked like it wasn’t opened yet. However, someone opened the door for us and we smelled the phở cooking right away. It made me happy. Our waitress was very accommodating to our hungry children and got them started with some juice. We asked for a bowl to split for the two girls and she brought out the utensils for the kids and an extra bowl. I got the special(#1) and my husband got the phở with the flank, rare beef and meatballs. We loved it so much, we got an extra bowl to go of each to eat later at our house. The waitress asked if we wanted the noodles cooked or raw. I asked for raw since we can always cook the noodles ourselves. It was much better that way. While we were eating, the owner came to talk to us and she was so sweet. We talked about Vietnam and her family and our trip to Asia. She even threw in extra juice for my kids at no additional charges. I know this place is a hole in the wall, in a plaza off the freeway. It’s not exactly a fine dining establishment, but when you have good food and good customer service, it says it all and it will bring repeat customers like myself, coming back time and time again.

Hands down my favourite place to get phở. This is a family owned place. Remember that. It’s not a mass marketed place with a CEO. They do what they think is best and how they think it’s best to do it. The son is usually sitting people and waiting on them. Yes he’s not the most attentive waiter. He has special needs. All you have to do is show a bit more patience and you’ll make it through your meal. Yes it’s hard to understand and they may seem rude but they’re trying their hardest to understand you so just be patient. PATIENCEISKEY. The mom and dad know me and my family and extended family, seeing as we all go there frequently. They say hi and ask how we are. Best part is they know our orders by heart, even if I call and place an order they know who it’s for before I even arrive. They’re such a great family and they make such great food. Will continue coming here for many more years to come!

Great food! I’ve been having phở soups here for years and always delicious! Other dishes that I ventured out to were very good too! The service is good, it’s family owned and operated. I’ve seen a few negative comments here that I dont agree with, they are simply straight forward and often fairly busy. I have never had a problem with service here! Cash only for orders under $ 10. They take plastic otherwise.

Best phở in town… Yes the customer service is weak… But the boy server has autism cut him some slack… The egg rolls are amazing and the phở is excellent… I’m not gonna penalize this place for the service.

Delicious food! The boba is not great here though so if you order drinks, get them without boba. No wait time to be seated. The chairs are a bit sticky though on the bottom so don’t accidentally touch them. The restrooms are not terribly nice either but it’s what you would expect for a small place. For GLUTENFREE food, the food is naturally gluten free(except for egg rolls) as long as you do not add sauces that contain wheat in them. The only gluten free sauce you can add is the sriracha sauce. If you order the fried rice, ask to make sure no other sauces are being added.
