Used them through Home Warranty and it was a fight to get anything done, but once everything was resolved it was ok. I was not happy because I originally had all copper plumbing and they replaced a portion with dirty old pvc piping and it looks cheap, and they took the copper piping which I could have put back myself, but since they took it now I have to go buy new copper plumbing and that stuff isn’t cheap.

I have had Miguel twice to my home for two different water heaters. He is the best. I am so grateful, he really knows how to fix things and work within the bounds of my insurance company. Polite and helpful always. He knows his stuff! I am a very happy customer!

My home warranty sent Joel M from Perfection Plumbing out to take a look at my washer. He was very professional and fixed the problem right away! He knew what he was doing and performed the task promptly. I was very satisfied with the work and I would recommend their service!

Absolutely the worst I have ever dealt with. They where dispatched by the property management company and refused to come out the night of to fix the issue. I had a tub full of brown water that was being backed up from the rest of the house. I could not use any water in the house, not to mention the smell. Even after I explained to Hector(the plumber) about my medical issues and need for running water did he care. As a matter of fact he got an attitude with me about things. He then told me he would be out at 8 am to take care of the issue. The owner contacted me at 9 am and asked if they had arrived and the answer was no. The owners called the company and had an issue with them as well. So they told me not to use them as they contacted another company. Hector still showed up to the house and when I told him the owner said not to use them he became confrontational and had an attitude. I told him good bye and he said he would just call the owner and come in anyways so I closed the door and locked it.

Dispatched by home warranty company. Did not respond at first, then showed up 1 hour earlier than appointment time. Poor communication, poor problem diagnosis. Poor resolution. Charged $ 60 for the visit, fixed nothing. Did nothing. Would NEVER use again.
