This place is terrible. If you want to see More about it Look it up under «Country Villa Rehab.». see all the bad reviews… It has a bad reputation under that name… this place USED to be good… about 6 – 7 Years ago… has gone DOWN in quality in a huge way. Rehab people are too aggressive with older people. caused a large bruise on my moms wrist from some hand exercise she didn’t need… she needed lower body/​walking rehab.
Mom went in after injuring her back, no surgery needed. Sent here for rehab, 3 weeks later got sent back to the hospital with Sepsis and Pneumonia. 3 weeks of ICU and surgery to remove fluid in her lungs. The Sepsis came from open wounds on her behind that she didn’t have when she went in this place. She was using adult diapers that they weren’t changing apparently, even though she was able to ‘get up and get dressed on her own’ she needed HELP to walk to the restroom, so they apparently didn’t do that very much. After she was sent to the hospital the RN from this place Called to tell me ‘she had scratcher herself’ on her behind on a specific date and they were trying to ‘get her to do something about it’ ??? I told the RN that she had Pneumonia and Sepsis (blood infection from open wounds) that she DIDN’T Have it when she was admitted there… she shut up.
