Helped me when they wanted to. I have had an attorney for eight years and that attorney had gotten sick and was no longer practicing law so I was forced to obtain a new lawyer I went with this office and thought everything was going smooth until they decided my case was over which it is not .and I told them it was not over they made me sign a release of attorney something or other and charged me for them making me relieve them of their duty when I was not willing to and did not want to. I still need a lawyer I am now going and obtaining a Nother lawyer and I had one and for no reason they decided they were no longer going to represent me for no reason. So they charged me to quit.

This office is amazing from the secretary’s, paralegals, to the attorneys. Everyone is so nice and helpful with any advice that you need. Roxanne did my declaration and I was very happy with it. Daniel is representing me for court and I am just very pleased with the process in him prepping me for mediation and court. Defiantly remember this office to anyone that needs help with family law.

As a father looking for help with custody in California it’s safe to say I felt confused, nervous, and lost. Sharon, Daniel, and Roxanne made this emotionally challenging endeavor as worry free as possible. Roxanne is always courteous to stay in touch throughout the case working tirelessly behind the scenes to make your court appearance paperwork as complete as possible. Once the court date arrived Sharon was a godsend with her steadfast knowledge of law and determination to fight for me. I honestly couldn’t have succeeded in obtaining custody of my children without Sharon and her wonderful supporting team. It isn’t a question that if I am ever in need of family law services again Sharon will be on speed dial. Thank you so much!

Our family hired this law firm based on a referral, we paid a huge retainer and after one court appearance, never saw or spoke to her again. Staff depleted the $$$ preparing and re-​preparing documents, clearly favored the opposing party. They continued to send bills asking for more money but never finalized the paperwork. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

They are very busy they cancelled on me. I work in San Diego left a couple of hours early from work to arrive in Murrieta so they can cancel on me. I wasn’t very happy. I will have to take my business elsewhere.

I retained Daniel for a custody modification and he was great.. . he negotiated hard for more time and for more power as a dad who has been alienated and marginalized by the mom. All the lawyers in this office are personable and knowledgeable.. . trust me I know getting a lawyer is expensive but you get what you pay for. If your case is really important and you want to make the most of your limited time in front of a judge Sharon’s office can definitely assist you.. . will definitely use their office in the future if needed.

I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service with this law firm. I was hassled for money and I wrote the checks. My money was quickly cashed and I was not informed of any decisions or told to provide extra statements before a hearing. I spoke only with a paralegal about important information and she told me my concerns were not relevant to the case. Now that I am no longer using this firm they are not providing me an invoice of the services and I have a need to protect other people from getting hurt. Divorce is a stressful time and it effects the clients whole life. I hope this helps others from having this done to them.

I don’t ever write reviews but I have to tell you about Katelyn, an attorney who works in Sharon Tate’s practice. She didn’t help me personally but helped a family member with genuine compassion in a very difficult, emotional time. She is very knowledgeable, extremely perceptive and truly cared about my family member instead of treating him like «just another client». I would recommend her to anyone seeking legal counsel!

If you want a lawyer that will treat you like a human being, and not a walking dollar sign, talk to Sharon Tate. She will listen to your concerns, give you great counsel (so listen to her!), she genuinely cares about her clients, and her staff is incredibly helpful.
