It’s A Grind Coffee House

My husband and I come here all the time, usually it’s great, but today I ordered my usual bagel and cream cheese, and came to find out that something had been cross-​contaminated with peanut butter, which I am VERY allergic to. We absolutely love this place, but someone should be training their employees just a little better to avoid this kind of dangerous mistake.

This place is usually pretty good but someone please teach the new blonde girl how to make drinks. I ordered my usual iced caramel macchiato today and it was 95% milk. The other employee asked why she makes them like that and she said «it tastes sooo much better!» Uh no, if I want straight up milk id have gone a few doors down to albertsons. Ended up throwing it out –_–

Love this location. When you get tierd of the long waits and sub par coffee at Statbucks… you have to give Its a grind …(off scott & antelope) a try. Great coffe, great help, comfy chairs, no parking issues and for less $. cant go wrong here. High Praise!

Bad customer service, male working was obviously not having a good day, barely said two words to me. Walking into this place for the first time. Never told me my total and slapped my card down on the counter with my tea I ordered, I took my belongings and I will not return. Two starts only because my tea was tasty.

One of my favorite local coffee chain, I was surprised to see they have a location here.
Service was great, I love their menu, so many hot, iced and blended coffee options, I usually go with the mocha java rush, such a great combination of chocolate and coffee, it fills me up the rest of the afternoon.
Prices are fair, the quality great, their large is HUGE, the regular here is a large at other places.
Simple and comfy coffee shop décor with ample seating as they were not too busy.
Worth a stop while in the area!

The few times I have been here the barista/​cashier have been professional not very friendly but very good. Not a very busy place which I like. The furniture is soiled which is kinda gross and makes me want to avoid staying since not very inviting but the coffee is good.

A touch on the pricey side, but comparable or slightly better than Starbucks. Nice place to relax or just run in and out. Their iced coffee is cold brewed, making it super smooth and not overly bitter. They also tend to have great flavors, like pecan and almond.

I would pick this place over Starbucks any day. I love their coffee and their sizes. The employees are great as well. This place has reasonable prices as well.

Yesterday I stopped by here and well nobody was there. We (another woman in line) waited for 15 mins. The other women went behind the counter yelling in the back hello, hello, still no reply. Come to find out she was in the restroom it was a little scary… anyways got a watermelon lemonade definitely wasn’t made right. Muffin was stale and a cookie that said best by 9÷14÷15 witch we didn’t eat.

I have been here before and had great smoothies but today the strawberry smoothie was horrible. No flavor what so ever. Next time I will try it before I head to work!

I really love this place. Their drinks are delicious, their pastries are fantastic, it’s always clean, and it’s just a really wonderful place to bring a laptop and work for a few hours if you need to get out of the office or house.
That being said, if you’re not a regular that they know by face/​name, sometimes the service can be a little bit lacking. I’ll always come here, but I’ve seen two people lose their minds over thinking they’re being ignored because whoever is working doesn’t greet them immediately when they walk in the door and then allows them stand waiting for a couple of minutes. It’s not that difficult to say «Hello, I’ll be with you in just a moment.», be like Nike and just do it.

This is my local coffee shop and i love it! Iced coffee is so good here and my fiancé loves the sweet blended drinks! Honestly though the best part of coming here is the sweet employees like Brooke who go above and beyond to help their customers! She’s awesome! People like her keep me coming to it’s a grind!

Excellent coffee drinks. Way better than Starbucks! The lemonades are also so good and refreshing! Staff are always friendly :)

Nice place to relax with a coffee and a book. It was hot today but the outdoor seating area has plenty of umbrellas and shade. The staff is really nice and accommodating with special requests.
Why only 4 stars? Bad internet connection. Be prepared to get booted if you can get on at all. Also I haven’t been able to get my cold brewed decaf here. I kinda miss it.

The staff for the most part is pleasant, and their blended drinks are good, but my real issue is with their internet service. It is horrible. It always crashes, boots me off, or just plain doesn’t work. I’ve been coming here for a few years and it has never improved. The only reason I still come here is because it is the only café close to me. Good luck getting any work done there though if you need internet. I’m currently hoping another café will open soon.

The staff is always pleasant. However, they never have enough employees and the wait is ridiculous. Twenty minutes for an iced tea and blended coffee are nuts! I feel bad for the staff. I’ve come in about 4X now hoping it was a fluke. I’d bet it’s safe to say it’s the norm. Don’t come here if you’re on a schedule.

I’m not one to hate a whole lot but I’ve read the other reviews before coming and I experienced the bad that they did as well.
This is the worst it’s a grind I’ve been too.
The guy who took our order just seemed disinterested with myself and everyone else in there. The girl who made my drink was pleasant though.
This store is understaffed and extremely dirty. From the bathroom to the station where you add cream and sugar to your drink. Very poor.
My drink wasn’t that great either, whatever coffee they used in it it almost tasted like it was burnt, and I ordered a blended mocha drink.
If this place could clean up a bit and provide better customer service I would probably come back but after that experience id rather find a new coffee spot in the area or just go to a different it’s a grind location.

For a cold, blended drink, It’s A Grind is my favorite coffee stop. Starbucks is over-​rated at this point, and Coffee Bean is pretty amazing, but this place takes the cake. It doesn’t matter which flavor you order… though if you’re feeling «backed up» try the Funky Monkey. It tastes like friggin’ Heaven (espresso, mocha, caramel, banana, and probably a pinch of Metamucil or something).
Prices are fine, just a little higher than competitors, customer service is fine as well. Occasionally, the store gets busy and they usually only have one or two employees working, but if you’re not in a hurry, it’s worth the wait.

Being that I was just here yesterday proves that this place is great for reading a book with your boyfriend who’s studying.
This place is awesome.
Awesome coffee… With a lot of various drinks that I see people getting and which have yet to try.
Right now I’m having their «strong coffee» as they have strong, medium, mild strengths and other flavored coffees that are self-​serve. Not sure if they’re free refill because they’re just out there for your privilege but they’re all pretty good.
They have limited seating area but they do have great big comfy chairs that make this place a little more «home-​y» which is always nice for a coffee shop for my preference.
What’s also great is that they have artwork from a local artist so anyplace that supports your local artist is great by me!
