Del Taco

Ordered a grilled chicken taco and it did not look like how it is advertised. So please make them more presentable other than that they are delicious.

I am a patron of Del Taco because it is quick, cheap, and decent. Today however I came in with my two children and my wife. We also had coupons and enjoy taking advantage of the savings. The young lady who initially helped us was having difficulties with the computer and was flustered further by the coupons I added to the order. The lady in the back had to help her and even still the order was wrong. Once we got the order complete, the older lady who came to help through in three cookies for us to enjoy… Thank you for the great customer service.

The WORST! Order is ALWAYS wrong, food is ALWAYS cold, and staff is rude and slow. Dont go here!!! Drive the extra 2 miles to del taco off margarita by winco. MUCH better del taco

Very bad service. Ordered deluxe chili cheddar fries and they only put cheddar cheese and meat. Always get my order wrong. I recommend to not go here. Ever!

I enjoyed my order for the simple fact I was hungry, but the soft turkey taco’s tortilla (as well as my ½ lb green burrito’s tortilla) could have been a LOT warmer! Maybe I’ll order them «well done» next time to MAKE them take their time to warm it extra, as I don’t mind waiting. I would much rather go through the drive-​through seeing the way the place looks inside. Just sort of old and drab, with some odd customers creeping me out a bit. I’m a little bummed out, as I usually love Del Taco food :(.

Alright. Nothing special. I wish they had later hours. Service was pretty good. I asked for light chili and got extra chili. All in all… It’s fine.

Very nice staff and clean restaurant! Was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff. I was unsure what I was going to order and was given recommendations by the manager. The shift leader on duty was very helpful and even offered to carry a customers food to her car for her.
Was very impressed with this del taco, most are run down and disgusting. Will definitely come back! Thanks for the great service!

The advertising campaign states that fresh ingredients are used but I don’t know that I agree. This is one of those places that scares you to eat inside, not very clean and a little worn. Their fries are pretty darn good though. I think if your very hungry this is decent but otherwise I would seek out another place.

Location is not cleaned up, tables are messy, condiment counter messy, waited for more than 5 minutes at the counter and no one even looked up and said «We’ll be right with you», no inside bathroom. Next time I’ll drive to the further location.

I have been here three times and all three times they were slow almost 20 minutes in the drive thru avoid this place at all costs you have been warned

I’ve been here twice and both times they have given me burnt French fries. Go to a different del taco cause this one really makes me mad.

Come here all the time and the customer service is good. They get pretty busy during their lunch/​dinner rushes, but all the employees there seem to be working really hard to get the orders out. They haven’t gotten my order wrong yet *fingers crossed*

The girl with the ugly fashion glasses needs to be trained better on customer service! Super rude

Very slow service in the drive –thru. Do they think there actually worth the wait? I visited two different locations this one and the new one located in Wildomar and both of the drive drive-​thru services were extremely slow it was ridiculous waiting for fast food for more than 8 minutes more reason not to eay crappy fast food. Won’t be back!

Horrible experience coming here! Waited 10 minutes to order because no one was at the counter, and not even an acknowledgement. After placing my order, I then waited for 25 minutes and saw people get their food before mine. Finally told them I’ve been waiting for almost half an hour and the guy behind the counter has the nerve to say «I know» with no apology at all. I just asked for a refund and left. I’m never coming back to this del taco and I recommend every one else to stay far away. It’s not worth your time or money.

I have been coming to the del taco for the past 12 years and i have never had an experience like everyone else has been saying.
I think maybe once or twice they messed up the order but it wasnt a big enough deal to park and march in there demanding something. Honestly people its del taco. dont expect someone to wipe your ass for you here.
Ive always had the experience with nice employees, really fast drive thru and quality fast food. Idk what everyones problem is!

Its taco Bell but this location is my favorite one.
There always nice, foods hot and there great to all the kids when they go there after school. all employees have a good personality and are all nice.

This specific store is horrible. EVERY TIME I come here (I do drive thru) I ALWAYS have to go park and go inside because they ALWAYS manage to mess up my order. EVERY TIME!!!

As a comment said early one does not have high expectations when ordering through a speaker box from your car, however when you make the same simple order for the last 3 years and you get it wrong 50% of the time something is wrong.
This is the only Del Taco in the area I have this issue with unfortunately its the closest. I still continue to drop in and still continue to check my order every time and I still get upset when its wrong as if I had not dealt with this before.
I recommend skipping this Del Taco all together. In reality we should skip fast food period but… MERICA!

Now one doesn’t have the highest expectations when it comes to fast food, but over the years Del taco has been consistently good in Southern California.
Not so this location, a handful of months ago eating here had me clutching my toilet praying to any god that would hear me to make the agony end only to be rewarded by having to switch my head for my rear on the toilet. I went again today and ordered some tacos and a chicken quesadilla. The shrimp was a incredibly dark brown either over fried or just old oil, the chicken was the horrid part. Bit into my taco quickly and was rewarded by chipping my tooth on chicken. You read that right I chipped a tooth on a piece of boneless chicken. After my initial out rage and swearing I examined my meat. Both in taco and quesadilla I was greeted by the mummified remains of chicken jerky. Hard dark brown nuggets of pain, I don’t know if its some minimum wage lazy employ at fault or a manager or franchise owner trying to save a dime by trying to sell old over cooked meat but come now chicken flavored rocks in my food is not appreciated. I’m honestly tempted to alert their corporate offices it was so bad, that and I’m honestly upset that I chipped a tooth on a soft taco.
