Choc-Kabobs

I have had chocolate covered strawberries before, but not like these beauties! (
) I ran into this dessert vendor at the Little Italy Festa. The owner Linda is very proud of her work, and she should be because here «Cho-​Kabobs» are fantastic. I shared a couple with a friend, I ran into at the Festa. I just could not eat the whole thing because I had recently had powered down some heavy Italian foods.
These strawberries on a stick covered with delectable smooth chocolate are a mouth watering experience. I was very surprised how fresh the strawberry remained incased in the chocolate and sprinkles. (
) I wanted the one covered with chopped nut and chocolate, but my friend would not go for it. Still, I was very pleased with the chocolate. It was rich and well prepared.
