I am very happy with the work Carrington Construction did on my home. I had a big project and I’m super picky about details. I also had some rather unconventional plans for how I wanted my home to look and function.
I interviewed six contractors and told them what I wanted. One flat out turned me down because he didn’t think he could deliver, others tried to talk me out of doing some of the things I wanted and another promised to give me references I could call but never did. When Adam, the rep from Carrington, showed up I was getting to the end of my rope, but he arrived on time, in uniform, listened to my plan and assured me his team could take on whatever I wanted. He returned an estimate for my job within a week that was reasonable and affordable. I wanted to select and purchase some my own materials and Carrington was fine with that.
On the day we got started, the crew arrived on time, in uniform and were very polite. My project took several months to complete. At least one crew member was at my home most of the time. The crew was top notch– friendly, professional and detail oriented. Communication with Matt, my project supervisor, was great. My calls and texts were always returned in a timely manner and he made frequent site visits to make sure everything was going smoothly.
Here’s what they did: complete kitchen remodel that included some structural changes, a custom built recessed mantle added to what was a zero clearance fireplace, custom stair rails, replaced outdated can lighting, installed new chandeliers, fans and bathroom lights, painted bathroom cabinets, replaced all of the bathroom faucets, changed all of the door knobs, switches and receptacles throughout the house and more.
I really would give Carrington 4 ½ stars (I never give 5) for the work they did on my home. I will definitely use them in future.
