I had THEBEST experience here, Ryan the manager helped me out after my eye exam… which by the way went smoothly… Anyway, you could tell Ryan loved his job, between juggling customers he was grabbing pairs for me left and right, recommending the ones he liked best and thought would look great on me. Long story short, he made me feel valued, and for that reason I decided to buy the warranty on my glasses. The dude put in the work, he was excited, professional and spoke to me like a real person, it was like picking up glasses from an old friend. He even made me a recommendation on where to grab a new pair of boots! I’ll be recommending this store to everyone I know. Bravo. Also, I read some of the other reviews here… it’s not Lenscrafters’ fault your eyewear needs custom modifications or more time to be worked on, sounds like you guys need to be a little more realistic and patient! :)

I went to Dr Watson(ION Vision) and LensCrafters because my new vision insurance suggested them. What a mistake! LensCrafters tells you they can have your glasses in about an hour. This is NOT true for most people. The only glasses they can do in this time frame are basic nothing glasses with no options. Bait and switch if you ask me. I received my exam from ION Vision and immediately selected my glasses from LensCrafters. I received my very expensive glasses about a week later and immediately started having problems with them. The lens would pop out of the frame and the frame would be out of shape from merely brushing up against my glasses. I took them back about a week after getting them and they replaced the frames. I continued to wear the glasses but still had problems with the lenses popping out and the frames bending at the slightest bump or nudge. I took them back to LensCrafters again within their 30 day guarantee and they still charged me to trade out my frames for a different brand(even though their guarantee says they won’t). I have now been wearing my replacement glasses for a few weeks and I have noticed that I cannot read anything. It strains my eyes to read anything on the computer, phone, or print. I contacted the manager at LensCrafters(Kelly) who told me that he didn’t think my progressive lenses were right and told me I needed to check with Dr. Watson again for a follow up. Kelly did offer to refund the fee I had to pay to get my replacement glasses with the new frames but I have no desire to ever return to this location for an exam OR glasses. I was transferred to Dr. Watson’s office who proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay for a whole new exam! WHAT? I just spent over $ 600 for exam and glasses and now I have to do it again? Not only did I receive very poor customer service, but they gave me a prescription that did not work and is TOTALLYWORTHLESS! I am now having to wear my old glasses until I can afford to get new ones again. I would not recommend Dr. Watson/ION Vision or LensCrafters!

I went here to purchase a pair of Versace glasses. They were originally priced at $ 189.00. When the salesperson looked them up, they were $ 142.00(not listed on the glasses themselves). I placed these on hold, so I could shop around before making a final purchase. I come back the next day ready to buy the glasses, and the sales representative was unable to locate them and ended up finding them back on the sales rack. On top of this, they were no longer on clearance. I would not recommend coming to this location to purchase glasses. They are understaffed, unprofessional, and unorganized.

So went in to look and check out the name brands, Oakley and Maui Jim. Was really happy with the exam by Dr. Watson. He could of sold me a new pair of glassed but instead recommended I see a Opthomologist for cataract surgery first.

WORST service ever! A simple prescription was NOT done in the store. Sent to a lab«in California, whose machine broke down.» Excuse, after excuse. After THREE& A HALF weeks, they have just arrived, & I was the one who had to keep calling THEM to check on status. Go anywhere BUT this poorly run operation! They get customers marketing one hour service.
