Great Steak

This is probably the cheese steak place I go to the most, always fresh and cooked right one out of you. The super steak combo is where I this at, they always give fry sauce and the fries are always fresh. They even do chili cheese fries and baked potatoes if your not feeling a cheese steak.

I haven’t been to this place in a long time. Last week I was at the mall and I decided to check it out since I haven’t had them for a long time. It is not as good as I remember though. The steak tasted steakey (meaty). The fries weren’t as fresh, and as tender as they used to.
The service however was good, the staff were nice and friendly so I can’t complain about that. It is always nice when the staff is good, even if the food is not all that.

Don’t go here if the older lady is working, she is incredibly grumpy and has zero customer service skills. I’ve also heard from several people that she charges them different prices for the same exact meal.

$ 7.99 philly cheese steak with fries and a drink, not bad. Sandwich is a little dry for me and fries were ok. Worth the deal tho. Service was good.

Unfriendly workers who have no idea what it’s like to give 1% of customer service. Don’t ask for anything extra (like a box to go) you’ll just get a death glare.

Pricing fluctuates daily and very fraudulent activity takes place at this location. Labor laws are clearly not effective because a kid no older than 10 made my sandwich while another set of kids between 5 and 6 are just hanging out in the stock room. I was also charged over 1 $ (not noticing this until i checked my bank statements) without being told that they charge you extra for fry sauce and cheese. I’ve never been so angry about an operated franchise in my life.
Be sure to ask for an itemized receipt (if you can even read it since the printer ink hasnt been changed since this joint opened) every time because they will tack on every nickel and dime they can. Beware of the elderly lady especially! (Shes the queen of sketchy) Just walk on by and skip this malls whole food court in general.(subways review is next…) It’s clear a whole family runs this joint and apparently live there as well. I emailed Kahala, the company who runs these franchises and they simply do not care for the fraudulent activity that takes place here. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!

Decent Cheese Steaks and the fries are great! Takes a bit to get your food because they are actually cooking it and not microwaving.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. I’m might have ghetto taste buds but i love their Philly cheesesteaks. You can get the provolone AND the nacho cheese on it, and it’s heaven plus you can through on a couple extra things like lettuce and black olives. They now have a meal deal so it’s not so expensive but if you go with a large sandwich it can get up in the $ 12 range but if you’re hungry it’s well worth it. Best place in the mall to eat hands down.
