Burger King

For beginners, I had a very simple order… a #1 with cheese extra lettuce and extra pickles… I got my sandwich with no lettuce. When i took it up to the front to let them know I didnt get lettuce, the Manager grabbed the sandwich from me grunted, and tossed it in the garbage. A short time later I get my new sandwich, but this time with no cheese, the cheese that I paid for. So I went back up to the front to let him know. To say the least he was not very pleased and seemed like he was annoyed with me. I was simply trying to get what I had ordered and paid for.
Needless to say I will not be returning to this location.

This is how my order went.
Me: I’ll have a whopper, just the sandwich, with cheese and no tomato…
Rep: Ok, what else?
Me: And a bacon cheeseburger, please.
[~10 second pause]
Rep: Sorry, a whopper jr and what else?
Me: No, not a whopper jr. Just the normal whopper, with cheese, no tomato; and a bacon cheeseburger.
[no response for ~60 seconds]
Rep: [giggling] So a bacon whopper jr and what else?
Me: No. I want a normal whopper, with cheese, no tomato, and a bacon cheeseburger.
Rep: Ok. $ 5.38 at the window.
PS: The display showing the customer’s order was not used.
I then get just a whopper, no cheese, no tomato, with bacon. That’s it.
Per my receipt, I was charged for a «whopper chs», with no tomato, add bacon.
I didn’t get what I ordered, and I even didn’t get what I paid for.

Burger King, shmurger king. It’s fast food and it’s conveniently located inside of a gas station. I don’t care for the burgers, they’ve actually made me sick before. The «new and improved» fries are worse than they were before IMO. So why the 2 stars? Hershey sundae pie, that’s why!
