Bear Creek Fencing & Backyard

To Whom It May Concern;
My wife and I decided to get a privacy fence installed surrounding our side and back yards. She did quite a bit of research by not only comparing prices and pouring over many reviews, but also by personally visiting various businesses and vendors who specialize in fencing products.
We finally contacted Home Depot who put us in touch with Bear Creek Fence & Backyard. Ken Grasso got in touch with us and we set up a time for him to come to our home and give us an estimate. We asked for three different estimates just so we could get a good idea of what we wanted and of what we could afford.
Ken was very accommodating, and after providing the three estimates, he helped us decide which one was best for us and our needs. After we settled on what we wanted, Ken said that it would probably be six to eight weeks out before they could start due to the size of the project and ordering all the material and making sure that his crew would be available.
As with any project, we were getting a little anxious to have the project started. I’d stay in contact with Ken, and he’d give me periodic updates as to when he was anticipating starting. When the time finally came to start, he told us that his crew would be there by 8:30 in the morning, and they were actually 10 minutes early. His crew knew just what to do, and got right to it. In fact, they had all the posts set and installed in just six hours. They answered all of my questions and satisfied all of my concerns before they left for the day. They showed up the following morning a little before 9:00am, and commenced installing all the panels and started working on the two gates under the carport.
They were completely finished and cleaned up by 3:00 — 3:30pm. His crew were so polite, thoughtful, and considerate that it made it a real pleasure to do business with them. In fact, after the fence was up for a few months, a little problem arose, so I called Ken and told him about it and that there wasn’t any hurry in coming and taking care of it right away, but he said that he’d have his crew over there that day to take care of it. And less than two hours later, the problem was solved!
I would HIGHLY recommend Ken and his crew at Bear Creek Fence & Backyard ANY day of the week! We plan on having them come back and installing some more fencing around our front yard in the not too distant future.

I just had 165 feet of the Haven vinyl fencing installed across my back property line by Bear Creek Fencing. The sale guy, Ken, was fantastic. He was very responsive to my texts and calls, was on time, up front, honest, and had some really great ideas I hadn’t thought about. He’s not just a sales guy – he knows fences and installation. The installation was completed in a day by some very competent guys who knew exactly what they were doing, and were so pleasant to work with, even when I kept changing my mind about a few details. I’d highly recommend them over several other popular fence companies I got bids from who couldn’t even bother to come to our home to see the property or would never return phone calls. Bear Creek is the best!
