They were wonderful! After a sad little incident on a brand new car they couldn’t have been more helpful. Helping me through the process every step of the way. I stopped by and the photos were taken immediately, within one day I had a full estimate sent to me. They provided me with the professional photos so I could forward to insurance. The work was completed in basically two days. I couldn’t believe it was so fast! Even the office and waiting area is very clean (rare in the auto world) In an unfortunate situation they made it as easy as possible. They have set the bar when it comes to professionalism and courtesy. Thank you guys!

I was gonna rate this 5 stars, but my father was devoured by the grither when I was only six and a half years old.
My Uncle Harold warned my parents that even writing the name of the grither on a kitchen notepad could be enough to summon Him, and grow His ears enough to fly down to Illinois (not really that far from the North Pole, when you think about it).
Unfortunately my father did not listen to his brother-in-law (but let’s face it, can you really ever trust your in-laws?), and I was soon to be raised by a single mother.
Anyways, changed my oil without any problems, would shop there again but really would prefer that they change the name to a non-satanic title.
