Just like Jac M. stated. This place is a mess. They quoted us packages all wrong and now we are being charged for extra fees that was not agreed upon. They won’t return our calls and the manager is never in the office. Do not go to this store and go to a real store. Sprint should shut this place down for false business practices. My first visit there, we stayed over 5 hours to correct mistakes on our account and it still was not resolved when we left because they had to close.

BUYERBEWARE. This store is a ‘reseller’ store. We bought expensive, 32GB phones from this store and when one had a manufacturers defect the would not honor the 14 no questions asked return period. REFUSED. They gave us a load of excuses and finally said they could RMA it but it would take a couple of weeks. Being business customers, we’ve never waited longer than 48 hours to get a phone. We can only figure that this store didn’t want to lose their commission. Also found out they were supposed to offer to buy our old phones and they didn’t do that either. We have been on Sprint’s business plan for 15 years and never had such horrible service from Sprint. The Corporate store says they are constantly resolving issues from this store. Save yourself some trouble and go to the corporate ‘real’ store on 75 by Collin Creek.
