Well what a nightmare. Went in for ladies day was charged 89 because I have «live hair «shoulder length mind you. I don’t know where to start with regard to the level of dissatisfaction I had. Terrible experience. I was referred to Whitney for cut and color. Let’s start with cut … One side of my «long», hair as I was told by her, was cut way short her than the other. Worst later chop job EVER. Next on to the color I had a purple highlight in my hair I was wanting it more visible as a peek a boo I ended up w hot fluorescent purple unblended and clearly not a peek a boo. When I expressed my concern during color application I was told I would like it and if not we could «tweek» it. Well needless to say it was a mess horrible. I’m 37 a business woman and mom hot purple. She said she could not tone it as it was a hair stain. Whitney got so rude with me. I said look I’m not leaving like this die it all black including the roots that were oddly a lighter color black than the rest of my head. She was furious and rude. 2 additional staff members came to apply colo on me not only did my hair get colored in Blackburn so did my face neck ears Nightmare! So that permanent color had to sit for 30 minutes. It was then washed out by another associate. My head was burning left with it wet so I wasn’t charged 10 $ more for the blow dry. I got in my car and cried almost 4 hours and now my head was burning and I had clumps of blonde or more like a landing strip in front of my head. My husband told me I should have never paid for the service I called back to speak with Whitney who is even ruder than and said I would need to speak to the owner who happened to be her father her father called and was so ignorant my husband said don’t even bother giving us a refund will just write you a review on Unilocal the father then asked if I would send photos I sent photos once her received the photos he said we are crediting you your $ 89 save your money don’t go here avoided disaster it’s a nightmare. I hate to write this review to worn people.

I have been going here for years. The last year 1 ½ years constant turnover and service has just been going down hill. Last haircut was a hack job. Figured just a newbie and went back last week. 2 hair stylists on duty and one tied up dying hair. The other just yack yack yack and then tells me 30 minute wait she has to go on break. One person was in front of me waiting. So I was pressed for time and left. Came back the next day due sign was on for available no wait. Well two more on duty and one working hair and the other cleaning. After 10 minutes she comes over and pressures me to fill out the new card. So I fill it out minus phone number and friends list. She get pissy and wants it all done. I say no and then she tells me 45 – 60 minute wait. I tell her the sign is on no waiting. Blank stare and she goes back to the rear of the room. I leave again this time pissed. Today one more try. I go in and two stylists again and two women getting hair washed. After 10 minutes of ignoring me she comes over and says just a minute as another customer comes in. She tells him flat out 1 hour minimum wait and he turns around and walks out. Then she comes over to me and tells me at least 20 minutes. I tell here they are under staff and this has happened before with long waits and nobody really in the shop. Really 8 chairs and two stylist’s??? She tells me stop coming on ladies day that may help. Well that was it I am done and will never go back. How is that a way to run a business? Blowing off work day after day with a pissy attitude.

Worst haircut for a kid ever, the lady that cut my sons hair not only cut him also toll me very rude that she couldn’t cut my sin hair if he keeps moving also it took 1 hour never coming back

Come see Jaycie she is professional, friendly and take the time to cut your hair. If it weren’t for Jaycie I wouldn’t come there. Sometime I feel discriminated coming there and not very friendly.

Go see Whitney! She is young and talented. Has a great eye for color and style. I came for a haircut only but they were running a special so got highlights and conditioning. Super happy with the results.

Tracy is the manager and the other stylists are just as friendly, skilled, and professional… Place is clean and even close to my home. They always give me exactly what I ask for and I leave feeling good about the tip (or that I should have tipped more).
Finally a place I can afford with the talent of a big name salon — maybe even better talent.
So even though my friends and I live in big mansion homes, I can still be the smart shopper and not have to go miles, pay mega, and get mediocre.
Who would think?! This place right next to Albertsons is excellent.

I love coming up here… the prices are good. You dont have to waite usually. Ive been going to Ms Sherri for over a year now and she is really good with long thick hair. All the women there are extreamly nice.

Ridiculous. I was charged for adult women’s haircut and shampoo and yet — no shampoo. She didn’t even ask if I wanted one. Even when getting a trim I feel as if I got a haircut — hair feels softer, more clean. Not this time I cant even tell I got one. Then I took my 8month old in for a haircut as well. 12.00 Seriously?
I wont be back. I want my money back.
