I love their bagels and the staff is great best place to go when you want something quick and tasty

Bagels are tasty and used to be one of our faves. Thought it was pet friendly as dog bagels are actually on the menu. Guess you can buy one without getting some rude in your face service. Not sure if there was a patio or other place to go, sine I was rudely booted. Just holding a teeny dog with my kids looking to get an on the menu dog food item and a big breakfast for my kids. Will be going somewhere else on the weekends now. There is a good way to treat people and a wrong way, regardless of policy. They went the wrong way.

It was nice and clean inside and the employees were friendly. There’s a large outdoor seating area that was very inviting. This location does have a drive thru.
I’m a pretty simple guy; I got the cheese and chive spread on an onion bagel… it was good as expected.
I would definitely come back here again.

This is now much better now. There is a good amount of improvement from my previous visit. Service is good and staff is again friendly.
Smears on bagel are applied in abundance as well. Will come again.

Coffee is frekin awesome and the bagels are fresh and tasty.

Love this chain in general, but this one stands apart from the rest. Why? Two reasons:
1) they actually listened when I said light on the butter. Apparently that is a hard one to follow at other locations.
2) the girl at the drive through was SUPER nice and cheerful. I only spoke to her for like 1 min, but she was exactly who I would want working guest services for my company! Wish I got her name so her bosses knew who I was referring to.
I don’t live anywhere near this location, but it’s by my vet. I may have to make this a tradition when we go to the vet!

This place has great food! Best brewed coffee in town hands down. I make a special trip on fridays to pick up the challah bread. We also love the asiago and sesame bagels and the chocolate chip coffee cake. We usually buy the tub of shmear cream cheese verses on the bagel, works better for us. Overall love the food, the place too is clean and has friendly workers. Glad it came to Murphy.

Was visiting Texas and went to this Einstein for Breakfast. It was packed here in the morning but the staff was courteous and kept the line moving. The food and service was great. Also the restaurant is very clean. I would highly recommend.

Truly terrible customer service. Staffed by a bunch of indifferent workers who have no clue how to get customers served quickly and on their way. They don’t know the difference between a regular smear and BLUEBERRY smear. Since this was a to-​go order and not discovered until after leaving a call back to them asking for the manager was met with the usual he won’t be in until tomorrow. When I told them they messed up my order he responded with «what do you want me to do?». Well first you could apologize for messing my order up. Next you could lose the attitude. So basically I spent $ 13 for a cup of coffee. If you want Einsteins bagels skip this place and head west to 75 & 15^th.

I have been to this place several times and one thing I should say and they have the best customer service and bagels I ever had. The staff is pretty cool and the owner of this chain is very customer oriented. Bagels are super yummy specially everything bagel with the plain cream cheese was super awesome. I would recommend this to everyone.

We like their bagels. Restaurant is fairly clean, however while standing in the order line, I noticed the manager pick up a slice of cheese off the ground and then put gloves on without first washing his hands. When I spoke up. He removed the gloves. Paused, and placed a 2^nd pair of gloves on without washing his hands first.

If you like coffee if you like bagels, this is the place. Five coffee roast choices plus all the espresso drinks you can get at Starbucks. Business partners and I meet there weekly. I don’t what one reviewer said about the staff. Nikki, Ameen (manager) are first class and very attentive. Better service than I get at Starbucks and none of the weird political crap. Love this place.

First visit on a busy Sunday morning. Service from placing order to getting our order was fast. The place was busy but staff was professional and courteous. I love the Santa Fe wrap.
Also, Unilocal shows my location as Plano because they only translate the first 7 digits of the zip code but we live in Murphy!

This place is horrible! Oh my gosh. The employees are total idiots. Food was stale and nasty. I cannot believe how rude these people are too. I love the one in plano. I will never go here again.

Absurdly poor management (who apparently is also the owner). After an incredibly rude man took my order, I waited — no exaggeration — over TWELVE minutes to pay for/​receive my small order. I was behind ONE car in the drive through on a Wed morning. The lone car behind me gave up trying to pay/​eat and drive off. When she did, I was able to also get out of line. However, I went inside to see what the heck was going on.
There were three total people working there, including the manager/​owner. When I (albeit gruffly) asked why I had been waiting so long and where was my bagel and coffee, the mgr seemed puzzled then found my (now cold) bagel. NO apology given and he rang me up. Incredulous, I said, «you’re really going to charge me for this?!?» He said nothing and wouldn’t look at me. He then said that they had a new person in the drive through. Then I asked who the mgr was. No reply. I said, «you’re not going to answer me?!» to which he replied, «I am.» I scornfully chuckled and asked then who the owner was to which he replied him also. Amazing. He threw in the coffee for «free.» I wouldn’t have even taken the bagel, but it was the breakfast my (now late to school) small child wanted.
I’ll never go back again.
This is not like any other Einsteins or Noah’s that I’ve ever been to. If this location fails, it’s only because of that manager.

Good food and fast. The breakfast is great also. Very clean and the service is on top of their game.

This location is a recent addition to the Murphy community. I haven’t been to an Einstein’s in awhile and I’m glad they opened one so close to my house.
Love their Asiago bagel! However, their menu isn’t just limited to bagels. They offer breakfast sandwiches, soups, chopped salads, paninis, and bagel melts. For the health conscious, there is a smart choices menu where everything is under 350 calories and 15g of fat. They even had doggie bagel treats so I had to pick up a couple for my dogs.
Einstein’s is not very big so seating is limited. We went here this past Saturday around 2 and it was full. There is a courtyard adjacent to Einstein’s for outdoor seating. It will be nice once the weather is a little warmer.

As part of the expansion of FM544, we have a new little strip mall opening up with a Einstein Bros Bagels, Supercuts and Chipotle (the Chipotle is the only one not open yet). It’s pretty much the same as the one off 75 and 15^th street. Bagels, bagel sandwiches, coffee, etc.
My big complaint is the space is really, really small and the way the tables are arranged it’s hard to get around people without bumping into them.
