An «okay» experience overall. I went on a Monday night to get a pedicure before going on vacation. I could tell the staff was overwhelmed from the time I walked in. They only had two techs working and I was told later they were understaffed and busier than normal. They let me go back and soak my feet while they finished with other customers but I ended up waiting 45 minutes before my service started. The tech was nice but you could tell she was in a rush and the conversation seemed kind of forced. I did enjoy the overall feel of the salon, it was very laid back and not as crazy as many places. My toes look okay, nothing outstanding. They don’t have the toe spacers like most places so they used Kleenex and it ended up smearing one of my toes. $ 25 for a basic pedicure which is on par with my normal nail salon. I would return but probably on a weekend or a time when they had more staff so I wasn’t left waiting a long time.

I got a full set of acrylics from Q. My nails were all different lengths and uneven. He was very rough and cut my skin. It didn’t bleed but the next day it was swollen, painful, and infected. If you go to this salon be careful.

Great salon. They do an amazing job painting my nails. Probably the best I’ve had. The only reason I didn’t give 5 was because my heels are still rough. That could be because of the pedicure I chose (sea salt). I think the paraffin might have better results? Very nice staff and a relaxing environment.
