Absolutely aggrivated! I place my order for soup and a salad. I live maybe 5 min from there, but was at home sick needing something to eat. After 50 min I called and asked where my food was and they said on its way, 10 more min I get it and my total was 6.47, well I had all intentions on tipping, but after all that I wasn’t going to. Well the driver tells me she brought no money with her to give change so I had to tip her, no choice! Then I open my food and my homemade chicken and rice soup looks nothing like online for 1, for 2 the rice was not cooked! It was rock hard! I will never order from here again!!!

This rating is not based on the food, never got to try the food. Was pretty excited about trying the donut cheese burger, but couldn’t get past the extreme filth of the restaurant. Walked in and the floors were completely covered with dried dirt. Then noticed that while only two tables were being used, one by an employee, that all tables needed to be cleaned. Thought ok, I’ve cleaned my own no big deal. As I waited to order, I noticed the shirts of the 2 employees behind the counter looked like they haven’t been washed in days that was my cue to avoid illness. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, it had to be, or people are just rating on the food and fine with the filth.

Walked in and walked out. I have never seen a dirty or restaurant seen a dirtier restaurant, and I have been to some holes in the wall.
Walking up there were bird droppings over the front door and walkway, and the front door hadn’t been cleaned in a while. A random umbrella resting in he corner of the doorway is what greeted us. Walking in, each and every table was unclean even through the restaurant was only 25% full and there was no line/​wait. The floor was the filthiest restaurant floor I’ve ever seen! I wish I would have taken a picture. Dirt smears coated the underside of a scattering of food and mud.
I picked up a menu and it was sticky. Then, finally, the workers’ shirts were dirty.
Disgusting. How did this get so many stars?! Does no one care about cleanliness when it comes to their food?
I can get behind a great hole in the wall, but basic cleanliness has to be a minimum expectation.

The Deep Fried Jalapeño Burger was amazing. Very friendly service too. My girlfriend got the Chipotle Chicken Wrap and it was awesome! Sitting there, stuffing my face with delicious fries, dipped in yellow cheese sauce I couldn’t understand why people were going to the Jack In the Box across the street!

We order lunch delivery from here quite often and are glad to have a delicious local lunch place that delivers. I «be the boss» and make my own sandwich (turkey, bacon, avacodo… yum) & my husband gets the Philly. We get the house chips and they’re delicious. (We don’t care for the cheese sauce though.)
We tried the chocolate covered bacon and it was good but different. The «hand battered» chicken strips were also tasty but had a slight kick to them. There wasn’t any mention of spice in the description, so it was surprising (especially for my kids)!
The food is delicious and the delivery is quick and accurate.

I had the regular chicken sandwich… it was juicy and very tasty! The fries and cheese sauce for dipping were a nice touch on the side. Finished with a strawberry milkshake that tasted like homemade. I’ll be back.

Have eaten in the restaurant several times and now have enjoyed their hassle-​free delivery. Burgers, fries, Italian Beef, Corned Beef (Ruben) all excellent.
Enter without fear and enjoy. Locally owned and cared for.

Was working in the area and checked on Unilocal to see what was good around me. This place had good reviews and I went in to get a sub and ended up getting the fire burger and fries. This place was great. I will be returning every time I’m in the area.

Was in the area and was ready for lunch. I checked Unilocal and saw this place. I am a big fan of supporting local businesses so I stopped by. I had fully intended to eat just a sandwich but I got to craving a burger.
The way they cheese was melted in the crevasses of the burger was excellent. There was some sort of cheese sauce for the fries. I definitely would eat here again.
A great hidden gem thats right off the freeway exit.

The Sandwich Factory is a good sandwich place. If you are not a fan of chains, which I am not, you should go here. It is conveniently located near the interstate and the mall. Great lunch spot. They have probably 30 or more different sandwiches to choose from. This is NOT Subway, Jimmy Johns, or Quiznos. This place make some very unique sandwiches that you will not find other places.
I had the Philly Cheese steak. It was pretty good. There are many others I want to try and will soon. They have an inside out burger which looks appetizing.

I have been here before and it has been a nice sandwich shop. But, they must be improving because it seemed a lot better this time. Their burgers were just about the best I’ve ever had in Murfreesboro. Definitely the best burger I’ve had in a long time.

Love this place! Whenever I’m feeling lazy and don’t want to cook. I order delivery from here. It’s always delivered fast and hot and everything on the menu is delicious.

Pretty yummy ana a giant selection. Only reason I didn’t give it a five star is because they have nothing for vegetarians. Like a veggie patty our Portobello mushroom patties. Other than that it’s a little place, franchise kind of feel. Really good for the price though! Will recommend to any stoner I know.

Came in here to try the Chicago style Italian mozzarella beef and ordered peppers on the side came home to a cheese less beef with peppers soaking both sandwiches. Not worth 15 bucks, plus the real kicker was the hair in my salad.

Really good sandwich shop. Fast and friendly as a sandwich shop should be every time. I order the factory grilled chicken was extremely fresh, hot and peppery. Fresh soft bun with honey mustard and grilled onions and green peppers. The unique thing I liked and un expected was hot cheese sauce with perfect fries. Will visit again.

Fail. First and last time visit. Cuban, fried pickles, fries. There’s f’n turkey on my Cuban. It’s not pork & ham, it’s turkey and ham. That’s pretty ridiculous. If, for some reason, you were out of pork, you could’ve gotten by with more ham. Fried pickles, cold and super-​super salty. Like inedible salty. Fries, pretty good but when the two important bits of the meal failed who cares about the fries?
Side note about checkout process. I’m all for helping people out and I tip very well at restaurants that have servers and wait staff. I really, really don’t feel like I should tip for a takeout sandwich, or any sandwich really. These people are not busting their butts to serve me at a table and bringing my stuff here and there etc. They’re simply doing their job. They’re not paid server’s wages of $ 2.13/hr. If you pay with a card though, they get to watch as you push buttons on the tablet right in front of them and sign. These people are about to prepare my food and I don’t want to piss them off, I mean I could end up with turkey on my Cuban (even though I hit the 15% button for the tip)!

It’s aight. There are better burger joins but as far as fast food burgers are concerned I’d say this place makes the best.

This is a good option if you’re traveling through Murfreesboro and want something close to the interstate.
My fiancée and I stopped by on the way to Atlanta one Friday night and thought we’d check out The Sandwich Factory thanks to the good Unilocal reviews. I got the «Whats That Sandwich» which has Turkey, Pepperoni, LTO, and Fried Pickles on it. It’s also got a sauce which I can best describe as Mayo and Mustard mixed up with a little bit of something else thrown in for good measure. It was a good sandwich but I doubt I’ll be getting it again.
Pros:
Creativity. They’re willing and able to put some creative items on the menu. It made it pretty fun to look through menu for options
Cons:
The chocolate-​covered bacon was super disappointing and the guy who helped us recommended we get a doughnut burger, which made me want to gag. It’s not exactly a healthy option.
Overall:
Props for creativity but some items (the choco-​bacon) made the visit itself lackluster. I might try some different items and change my mind about the place but until then, I was happy but not super impressed by The Sandwich Factory.

The best place to get a sandwich in Murfreesboro. Got the mile high corned beef an loved it.
A great place to stop for travellers, right off the highway so it’s an easy stop. Sandwiches may be a little messy for eating on the road though.

Blah, is all I can say. My group had a gyro, a Philly cheese steak, and the burger with a fried pickle. Nothing was bad, but none of us would want to return or eat what we ate again. To top it off there was a roach in the bathroom.
Service was fine.
