This Starbucks is difficult to get to, but once you get there, it will be a good experience. You will probably have to wait. It’s normally really busy, and there’s not a ton of space inside. There’s really not a lot of parking (or driving) space outside. However the staff is extremely friendly, and they make sure you get exactly what you want.

Location was hard to find it unless you pass it on the highway. They had a lot of people working but we’re still slow to take my order. Not as friendly as other Starbucks.

I work by this Starbucks and frequent it quite a bit at different times of the day. Never once has it been a quick and painless experience. Always expect this particular location to take forever. Even if there is no line at the drive thru and a half empty parking lot I’ve had to both wait to order and wait 5 minutes at the window. The employees just chat with one another and have no sense of urgency whatsoever. I once waited 18 minutes for an iced coffee. Also, I’ve been served the bacon Gouda sandwich with no cheese. While the man at the window was pleasant and apologetic that particular time it’s still a bit frustrating.

This Starbucks is at a great location just a few blocks off the interstate and surrounded with great shopping and eating establishments. Inside is spacious and inviting with tables far enough apart that your knees aren’t knocking with others nearby. Coffee refills are 50 cent plus tax on regular brewed coffee. An inviting place to spend some time sipping your favorite Starbucks beverage, use the free WiFi, and make use of clean sanitized restrooms if necessary.

Really all I can say is prepare to wait a really long time and to get a bad drink m. Every. Time. I will drive out of my way to go to any of the other 3 locations in Murfreesboro because this one just can’t seem to get it right.

Not even the friendly staff and fine latte can make up for the pathetically S-​L-​O-​W service. The drive thru was backed up and there were customers going out the door, yet this zen staff kept it solidly in low gear. The employee running the register was even taking time-​outs from helping customers to text. I kid you not.

I’m not going to lie, I find it really annoying that they never have the holiday baked goods in stock. I know, I know… it’s a little late now. But seriously, two years in a row I have gone in and asked for a pumpkin scone. and both times I got «I am sorry we are all out for the season»…seriously…it was one week after they launched the fall stuff.
Other than that, the service is always good. Some days the drive through is slower than others, but that is to be expected. You never know what people order, or if someone had to call in sick.
The most important thing is that they have good customer service and delicious delicious coffee! Which of course, is what keeps me coming back :)

I wish I could just give all Starbucks a 5 star rating, but that would be cheating. I’ve only been to this one a few times, but they’ve always gotten my drink correct. Really in the end, isn’t that the most important aspect of visiting Starbucks?
Its a little strange getting to this one because you have to get off Old Fort Pkwy and get on Mall Circle Drv. So be mindful of this fact and you should have no problems.

This place is poor. There are so many Starbucks location that function properly. This is not one of them.
They screwed up my drink, as well as the woman in front of me. The folks working here are way too focused on the drive-​thru. And everybody there wears a headset and is listening to the drive-​thru. They make eye-​contact with me, but they’re not listening!
Go elsewhere.

A smaller-​sized stand alone Starbucks with a drive-​through that is barely a half mile from the Interstate. The parking lot was packed when I stopped by for a caffeine hit at 4:00 on a weekday, so the place must have been chock full. I’m liking the blonde-​roasted, which isn’t nearly as burned as the usual brew.

What a friendly batch of Starbucks workers! I walked in and was greeted by one of the workers. The vibe indoors was great especially with the humid weather outside in TN. They have free wifi and its quiet enough to study.
