Customer service has been horrible. We’ve heard every excuse in the book, but these folks are either understaffed or have taken on too much to handle. Our problem began with a full landscape package supplied by our builder. We purchased additional plants and beds from Southbranch when the landscaping was to be completed. Essentially, we ended up with half of the package proposed and with a reduced number of plants from an itemized listing supplied for the additional work. When Southbranch put in the plants, there were no amendments to the soil and 80% of the additional purchases didn’t make it through the first 60 days. Two trees came in with infestation, and after consulting with Southbranch, they asked us to cut them down and burn them. $ 1000 later, I’ve amended about half of the areas and put in my own plants, waiting for Southbranch to come back and repair or replace their warrantied work. I can’t get my time back that I’ve put into chasing them for 4 months and repairing much of the poor work they’ve done(including damaging the irrigation system), still they tell me they’ll get to it this week. I’ve heard that excuse because they’re «covered up and busy» for more than 12 weeks now. I would not recommend them to any friends or neighbors.

We went here to purchase 2 trees. We also asked if they would remove 2 dead trees, deliver and install the 2 new trees. We ended up purchasing(2) 2″ cherry trees and with everything we asked for it was $ 500. Not a bad price considering what we are getting. Everyone is very friendly and they have a great selection of all types of plants.
