Quality Heating & Air

Called up Quality heating and Air on Tuesday to schedule an appointment for a new HVAC unit. They scheduled me the next day for 8:00 am appointment. Received a call at 8:20 telling me the person would be to my house in 30 minutes. When I inquired why they would be late they told me they tried to call me and got no answer so they did not send the salesman out as promised. I only have one phone and it never showed a call from them. After canceling the appointment the owner called back, They never apologized for wasting my time, just defended their program. Not who I want to spend my $ 9000.00 for a new HVAC unit with. I called AC plus, they came out on time and were very professional. Don’t make the mistake I made.
