We were visiting from Utah and happened apon this theatre. What a cool retro feel! Great people, good prices, the old stadium seating… loved the vibe. The picture and sound quality were awesome and our daughter loved sitting on the old soda boxes. Great fun for those who are not uptight! Haha

I was expecting a hole-in-the-wall, but it’s actually pretty nice. Reminds me of the way theaters were before large corporations took them over. Appears locally owned and operated. Small, but cozy and clean.

Like the other reviewer I like the idea of spending my dollars locally. Old is not necessarily bad. However there is no excuse for dirty. Sticky floors — off putting smell in the theater rooms. In the past several a years this establishment has gone from viable alternative to ‘dollar theater’ material.

I like this place, yeah it’s old and a bit run down, but the young enployees are always friendly and helpful. Also, the owner keeps the prices down and has popcorn and drink specials Monday –Wed, even though everyday the prices are good(especially compared to the super cinema across town that charges outrageous fees for everything). I like to support local business, and I feel good giving my dollars to this one. Oh, by the way, they finally accept debit/credit cards!

Horrible experience… we’re from out of town and paid over 9 dollars per ticket and the place was disgusting. Unfinished walls, haven’t cleaned the rows of seats since the 80’s and the bathrooms were completely unsanitary. Unreal. SAVE your time and MONEY!

Used to really like the convenience and lack of crowds. Today however was the second time I have gone to see a schedules show that the projector was broken and they cancelled the showing. My wife had surgery a couple of weeks ago and this was to be her first outing. There was no «Catching Fire» happening. Will likely have to start going elsewhere.

This place has gone down hill since I was a kid. Shabby theaters, dirty, unfinished walls, and the no longer take cards… A cash only movie theater? The kicker… The kids booster seats are empty soda boxes!!! WTF the halls are lined with empty boxes that are used for booster seats. Eeeekkkk don’t touch anything unless you have a wet wipe

Support your local movie theater. Well run. Easy in. Friendly management. I would highly recommend.

Dirty. If you’re fine with sitting in questionably clean seats and with carpets that have clearly seen better days, then this theater is fine. BUT, if that’s not your cup of tea, then I don’t suggest this theater at all. Plus, the bathroom was AWFUL! P. S. They don’t take credit cards, cash only. This doesn’t matter to those older than 28, but yea… I have to admit that I find it to be annoying.

The Premier 6 is a welcome alternative to the hustle and bustle near the theater on Cason Lane. This theater is family-owned and operated and has been around forever. In April 2009, it was damaged by the Good Friday tornado. It has since re-opened with renovations.
