One of their people came to inspect our roof 8 days ago, did not hear back from anyone for 7 days… even after I called to let the rep know that my insurance company would be here on a certain time and date… no one from mid-tenn called or showed up for the inspection the only time I talked to any one at mid-tenn was when I called yesterday did I hear anything… and that was them saying they wished me the best in finding someone who would suit my needs. Guess it’s a little much to expect a phone call sometime within 7 business days of the inspection. my new contractor will be here Saturday mirning
