If i could give this business zero stars i would but i just went into mattress king in hopes of buying one this weekend but the salesman Mike assumed I was there to sell something when I was trying to make small talk. After he told me he had no reason to talk to me, I mentioned to him that his customer service was not up to par & he told me to leave & to shut up. I was astonished that someone who’s sole job is based off of commission & he sacrificed a paycheck cause he «had no reason to talk to me.» In my opinion, Mike is not the right man to help you with anything.

The customer service of this store is so terrible. My wife and I walked into the store, hoping to be greeted by someone, but we’ve waited for a few minutes just to find someone sitting at a computer desk all the way at the end of the building. After he noticed us, he came up and asked what did I want. After that, he returned to his desk and started talking to me from there. He obviously didn’t want to sell me anything or didn’t know anything about beds. We both got fed up and left. I will definitely not be shopping with these guys any more or recommend anyone to either.
