In a matter of 4 days, Dr. Ryan Key helped my pain level go from a 9 to a 2!
When I first entered his office, I could barely walk or sit. He thoroughly assessed my range of motion, while gently adjusting my back. Each day I got better and better. I was shocked at how quickly I improved!
I recommend going to see Dr. Key if you have any spine or joint issues. He may even prevent you from having to get surgery, like he did for me!

Murfreesboro Spine & Joint has been such a blessing to me! Dr. Ryan Key isn’t just going to do the typical adjustment. He’s going to look you in the eyes and ask how you’re doing. If you are locked up say in your neck he’s going to work on the soft tissue and help you get it stretched out. I’ve had 3 chiropractors in my life and I’ve loved all of them for different reasons, but Dr. Key is far and away my favorite! Make your quality of life better and go visit him!
