If I were to rank my experience based solely on how well Cleaning Murfreesboro cleaned my house, they would receive 5 stars. However, due to extenuating circumstances, I was very displeased with my experience. I would not use Cleaning Murfreesboro again nor recommend their services. I was on vacation the week that Angie and her crew at Cleaning Murfreesboro were set to come to my house. When I arrived back home(four days after they cleaned), I noticed two rugs(one kitchen mat and one bath mat) were left outside. They were rained on and consequently destroyed. Angie also informed me during her initial walk-through that she would leave a fragrance behind for me to use in-between cleanings, but she neglected to leave the fragrance. I e-mailed Angie October 20th(Sunday) regarding these incidences, and she informed me she would reimburse me for the mats and bring the fragrance by October 24th(Friday). Friday came and went and I did not receive either item when promised. I e-mailed Angie as another reminder on October 26(Sunday). She again promised to get those items to me, this time«by tomorrow». However, the second timeframe passed and I never received either the fragrance or the reimbursement. I wanted to be understanding, as accidents happen. In fact, I grossly underestimated the cost of the mat to give Angie the benefit of the doubt. I thought she would be more adamant in resolving the problem. Angie assured me during her initial walk-through that if anything was not to my liking, she would return and resolve the problem. Considering the problem was so slight(dropping off a fragrance and reimbursing me the cost of my mats), I did not foresee this being the ordeal it was. I e-mailed Angie a final time on November 2nd expressing my immense displeasure and let her know that I would not be using her services again. I never received a response, an e-mail, a phone call, the fragrance, or the reimbursement for the bath mats.
