I would like to start by saying Buffalo Wild Wings is one of my favorite restaurants to eat at. I am sad to admit that I have only ever had a mediocre experience at best here at this location. I just went in to make a purchase(not to be seated) and for me, tonight was the last straw. Granted it was pretty busy for a weekday, but you cannot make a sale if you don’t at least –acknowledge– the person standing at your cash register. I was directed to a register by the gentleman doing seating, and then promptly ignored by everyone who came up to the registers. I probably stood there for 10 minutes without anyone so much as looking at me, at which point I just left. I had at least two people walk up to the register in front of me to handle the ticket for someone who I presume was seated and already served. Not once did either of them so much as look up at me. I’d rather purchase the sauce directly from the franchise website and make my own chicken than waste my evening waiting on and supporting this staff. They appear to have zero motivation to do the work they are employed to do. I hate that it has come to this, because like I said it’s probably one of my favorite foods to eat. I will not be going here to eat again.

I use to go to BWW at least once a week, but I went on a diet that for some STUPID reason didn’t include fried pickles and angry orchard… so, it had been a good 3 – 5 months since my last visit. Well I was extremely disappointed… I felt like this place has just gone completely downhill. Maybe it was just a rough night but I don’t think I will ever go back to find out. Upon arrival there were a handful of tables open but no host or anyone greeting people to be seated. After waiting several minutes we finally got sat at a half booth which was fine but being a previous regular customer I knew they had rearranged the tables to add more and it made the chairs on the other half of the booth be right on top of the table behind them. They are placed in such a way that the guests could probably be comfortable if EVERYSINGLESERVER didn’t bump and push through making the guests in those chairs feel very uncomfortable. Imagine sitting and having someone push up against you with their butt or belly every few moments. I understand it was the quickest way to their computer but take 2 extra seconds walk around and not make those paying guests uncomfortable. Next we were greeted relatively quickly I suppose probably sat there 3 – 4 mins before anyone said hello or took at least our drink order… but then she was gone. Not sure why but 3 drinks(2 sweet teas, and a Dr Pepper) took at least 10 minutes… in all honestly saying 10 is being nice. Finally she came back dropped drinks and well was gone again… Eventually we got to order. The food took well over 30 minute and only 2 of the 3 came out at first. I appreciate it her wanting ours to be fresh to us but it kind of leaves an odd man out. When it came out it was correct(which was a surprise because the sheer volume in there mostly TVs required me to yell to my friend across the table) but I ordered a chicken sandwich and I really don’t even know how to describe this chicken. It was very hard to bit through and was like biting through something extremely muscly. Which believe me is as weird and gross as it sounds. So… I waited and waited and waited… and waited for a my server… then waited some more then grabbed another server who couldn’t help but managed to track down my server and send her over. She didn’t charger me it but instead put in another order. She offered to get me another one but I didn’t want to risk getting the same thing at this point I had worked a 10 hour day had already been in the restaurant over 2 hours and was starving watching everyone around me enjoying their food. Instead this time I ordered some boneless wings and learned it was wing night… would of been nice to know that before we all ordered… so now the wait began again and as you can guess those wings took forever. Then came out under sauced and room temp. By this point I was ready to leave… so the wait for checks began. She eventually dropped checks and made it a point to get paid but couldn’t stop at the table long enough to ask if we needed anything like a togo box or drink… which on the drink would of been nice being as we didn’t get any refills and had empty glasses most the night. I sent food back no manager came out. No one stopped by to see if we were ok or if anything was wrong. I am pretty sure a manager has to comp a meal off a ticket… why didn’t they come out? Is the guest not that important to them? The real kicker is I went directly home filled out a survey and said all this and asked to be contacted… have I been? NOPE!

The wings were the best part! However I wasn’t a big fan of the mozzerella sticks, they seemed overcooked. The place had several tables in there, a ton of TV’s for sport fans. I assumed that this place was mainly a bar for sports fan to get shit faced and yell about sports. Not my type of atmosphere, but uf want to go watch sports and eat some good food, this is the place!

I stopped here on my way up to Louisville. It was NFL Sunday, I wanted to watch the game & have some wings while I took a break from driving. My review is based upon my only visit. I sat at the bar, ordered a drink. They were pretty packed and it did take a few minutes. As soon as I got my drink(thankfully), this throat-drying, cough, gag, & nose-running induced, chemical smell came through the restaurant. It started on the kitchen side and slowly made it’s way across the bar. I don’t know what was going but literally everyone couldn’t stop coughing. I finished my beer in the matter of seconds to keep from coughing my lungs up. I honestly thought someone had a vendetta against this place & put anthrax in the vents. I texted my friend’s in case I ended up dying there at the bar. The couple next to me asked the bartender about it & all she responded with was an, «I don’t know, kitchen must be cleaning something.» No apology, nothing. I just feel like lunch time, on NFL Sunday with a packed restaurant isn’t your best time to use harsh chemicals to clean your kitchen. That should be done when the restaurant is closed. Besides this incident, food & drinks were on par with every BWW. So, no complaints there.

Great place for wings and appetizers. Their queso and chips are really good. We like to get their boneless wings with a couple of different sauce. Their french fries and potato wedges are good too.

Like to hit this place for trivia and some boneless wings and mix up the sauces now and then. Recently tried their mini tacos and were pretty awesome. Trying to figure out what the sauce was but went very well.

This place is okay but it’s pricey and none of these wing places have figured out how to match toots you can have 30 flavors and 50 inch tv’s but I want good wings and that’s only at toots but still not a bad place just a little pricey

Ordered a bunch of wings and sides for carry-out. Got there a bit early and waited for our food. While waiting I saw a few things that were pretty bad. The servers were on their own to figure out what food goes to which table. Nobody was expediting food from the kitchen so it often would just go up to the pass and sit there. We were there waiting for about 15 minutes and there was food sitting at the pass when we got there that was still there when we left. The carry-out food was mixed in with the food that was going to tables. They had a separate shelf for carry-out food that wasn’t being used. I watched boxes of wings get opened and inspected several times. At one point, I saw a server(who had been handling money, serving trays and other stuff) reach into a basket of wings, pull one out and inspect it, then put it back into the basket and wipe her hands on her pants. The serving staff seemed polite enough, but they were young. Several rather intimate displays of affection between servers at the front desk which should have been kept out of the workplace. I got the feeling that some were more interested in «hooking up» than serving the diners. As for the food: Our basket of potato wedges was short.(maybe they gave us a small order instead of what we asked for?) The wings were what we expected. The mozzarella sticks were a bit underdone. The celery and carrots were old and dried out and stuffed into sandwich bags. Not going to this location again.

Tried to go for Wing Tuesday, but the overwhelming bleach smell has got me sick to my stomach. Guess I’ll go get my wing craving satisfied somewhere else. If have gotten something to go, but the menu doesn’t even make sense. How about telling me how many wings are in each order size? Ashamed? Embarrassed? $ 5 for a small draft? Really? Since when did Bud Light become a premium beer? Bad smell, apathetic staff, annoyingly loud music. The perfect recipe for an ex-favorite place to go.

I like Buffalo Wild Wings food, and on their wing nights, you can get their wings a lot cheaper. At this BWW, the staff is young, but friendly and attentive. I’ve never had a problem here. Tonight we got the new buffalo Mac and cheese. Yummmm!!! It did not disappoint! We got the chicken in the Asian Zing buffalo sauce. Yummy yum! I would definitely recommend it.

This is the wing place! If you love chicken wings, you must go to this place. Its more of a sports bar and grill set up but its cool place to go with your buds. Good cold draft beer and cool people waiting on you! Manager comes around and see how is the service as well… Thats cool. Like I stated, if you like chicken wings this is the place for you. You can get insane hot to wimpy mild; made to please… Enjoy.

Typical Wild Wings. Food is ok. I wish there beer was colder. Small crowd for Saturday night. Not sure why? Maybe that should have to me something. Wings were good and I also like there sliders with Jammin Jalepeno sauce. 3.5 stars.

This was my first-EVER visit to a Buffalo Wild Wings. We sat in the bar area. I ordered the Asian Chix Salad and was not prepared for the chicken to be SPICYHOT! They were so nice to exchange out a whole new salad with chix just grilled and not sauced at NOCHARGE. I was impressed at how they took care of me. I would TOTALLY recommend this place — good food & service!!!

Never thought about calling the corporate headquarters of a chain restaurant until visiting this location 2 times, 2 years apart, with the same experience. Leads me to believe there is a management problem here. Placed a to go order this past Saturday. And just like the previous dine-in experience, the flavor was lacking significantly and the texture of the chicken was that of last weeks left overs. I’ve been to different BWW all over the country and this one, the one in my own hometown, has to be the worst! I’ll drive to Smyrna from now on.

Called in an order for five to go. 4 out of 5 orders were wrong. Wings were ok, burgers were dry. Maybe we will give it a second chance next time we are in town.

This BWW used to be pretty good but the last few years it’s lost its luster with me. Decent service for the most part, aside from a few incidents(when servers hold personal grudges against patrons that should be a REDFLAG). The food hasn’t been too spectacular the last few visits. My last visit on Saturday night was the final straw. We came specifically to watch the Florida State/Clemson game. We mentioned this to our server who said«No problem we can get that switched over on one of the TVs at game time.» Well game time came and went, when the server finally got back around we were told that«our Directv boxes are all down except for one» and«our manager is on the phone to resolve the problem.» Okay, whatever. We waited a little longer. We ended up finishing most of our food before being told«yeah they’re not going to change the TVs at all because Directv says there’s a storm our the area.» Woah. Hello. What?!? Excuse me for being a major geek(and a meteorology major btw) but according to The Weather Channel app, there was no storm in the entire southeast region. Instead the entire place showed the Vanderbilt game for the course of our meal. We never got a real answer, just excuse after excuse. When the server finally got around to coming back to our table to give us the check, we were ready to leave. At first she was very nice and helpful but by the end, she seemed to adapt a «get over the fact your game can’t be shown» attitude. I pity the poor girl she was training, they were just sitting in a corner by the bar talking. I contacted their corporate offices because I was not happy with the excuses and no real confirmation from any type of management or their«captains» they now have walking around. I’ll drive to Smyrna to get my BWW fix from now on.

I think I am being generous with a 2. 9 on a Wednesday so expecting normal service. Bar was pretty slow but the bartender was also the table service. Not good. She was polite but hard to be attentive when you are doing two jobs. Beer order was wrong. Food order was missing an item. Offers to make things right but it just felt slip shot. The wings were cooked overly well done. Sauce was as expected, hot. Forgot the fries. My guests both had burgers. They only come one way per policy which is well done(i.e. cooked to death). This is not a place to get a good burger unless you enjoy hockey pucks. Best part was I got to watch the hockey game with a couple of pucks at the table… Not a good experience. Would rather patronize a local sports bar and put the money back into an entrepreneur than shovel money at this franchise. Bummer.
