I used to go to these stores a couple times per/​year for my wife. Today was my last visit. I walked out. Here’s a hint for you… If your marketing is too stupid to pre-​assemble ANY gift baskets AT ALL, then maybe when a man walks in, all by himself, you should make sure to have a salesperson ask him if he needs help.
I went to Yankee Candle instead, and will from now on.

French Quarter, New Orleans, LA
We would give zero star if it’s possible. We though we would shipping at Walmart. Worst customer service by far. We had shop at other bath and body work and service have been great. But not this location in The Avenues. If you want to pay premium price for crappy service be my guess.
