Loved my pedicure!!! My full set was horrible and I honestly could of done my nail polish my self! Will not be back!

I used to love this place, but when I went in on Monday to ask for a French pedicure for a special occasion the gentleman didn’t mention that my previous polish color had left my nail beds stained. I was walking to my car when I realized my pretty French manicure looked like it had been colored on with a yellow highlighter. I went back today to have them replace the polish with a color I brought from home. Even though I was greeted by the same person who did my nails (and should have told me that my toes were yellow the first time) and he appeared to understand what I was saying, he still charged me for the polish change. I drove across town to give them a chance to make good on a simple mistake and I even brought my own polish. Instead they took a small problem and made it an even bigger one by charging me to fix the mistake. I won’t be going back and that makes me very sad because this used to be my favorite escape.

This USED to be the nail salon to go to in Murfreesboro they they have changed! They also refused to give me any value at all for $ 100 in gift cards that I have that have NO expiration date. They informed me of this AFTER they did a pedicure and then charged $ 35 for a pedicure that their competitors are doing for $ 25. I went yesterday after finding another gift card and absolutely no one was there. This time I showed them my gift card before they did a pedicure and They also refused to accept that gift card so I just left and went to another salon. The second salon I went to had a 20 minute wait. This salon has lost or is losing all of their business.

Ran over today to get my shellac changed and brows done. The salon is clean and chic. The pedi area looks relaxing — next time! Joy did a great job with both my brows and nails. I usually swell like an alien after waxing, but not here — I look presentable and didn’t need to ice down afterwards like usual. My shellac change was great — the nail shape is perfection. Joy didn’t pressure me about also getting a mani, which I appreciate. I have a skin condition and just can’t get mani’s as often as I’d like (or need!). It makes me crazy when nail techs don’t let it go. Joy was understanding and helpful. She even offered me something to drink, which is a nice touch often overlooked. The price seemed reasonable for the services.

Salon was simply ok. They took me right back to the table as a walk in. Service was fast and polite, felt a little rushed, color selection was decent but not impressive. The hand massage was nice, but I feel I could have done my polish just as well at home by myself. Complimentary bottled water, tea, soda or coffee. I was hoping for a glass of wine. It is not often that I have a manicure and this experience is not one that would encourage me to do so more often.

I got a mani and pedi for my wedding day here and wish I would have gone somewhere else. The pedicure was awesome! However I wanted fake nails so my nails would look long in wedding pictures and was advised they don’t do fake nails because it is bad for your nails. So the lady convinced me to do gel and promised it would last a long time. The gel nails lasted 1 week. I paid over $ 120 for my manicure and pedicure. It was way over priced and I wish I would have gone somewhere else and got the fake acrylic nails like I wanted.

Very clean and relaxing place. Offers a complimentary beverage which is nice. A bit pricey but worth it! :)

Had a wonderful afternoon there. The whole staff was very accommodating and chatted with the customers in English. Olivia gave a very nice facial.

Made an appointment for pedicures for myself and two others. They were able to accommodate us all at the same time on a Saturday afternoon. We got Spa Pedicures, which included a bit more massaging than the Express version. The place was clean, relaxing, and service was very good. They even offer one glass of wine or non-​alcoholic beverage as part of the deal.
The only reason I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is that one of us had to ask them to use new or clearly sanitized instruments. You couldn’t always tell, and we didn’t want to risk getting infection. Overall, a good experience.
