Steer clear!!!
This company exists only to take advantage of the elderly people living in the Port Charlotte area. They vastly overcharged my mother for a ‘new’ air conditioner and a three year service contract. The unit broke down 5 times in 3 years and each time the ‘service contract’ did not cover the cost of the repairs. resulting in huge repair costs. The most recent incident required the coil to be replaced (in a unit less that 3 years old!!) for which they tried to charge my recently widowed mother $ 950 or they refused to fix it. They are the worst kind of predatory con artists imaginable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
